Pinball M - Duke Nukem (Dread Challenge)

Low scores, few opportunities to score, and significantly larger score gaps lead to short game times in this challenge! Missions it is -- multiball and side modes are too much work by comparison. Not that Duke minds, anyway.
Dread is the return of Survival from FX3, but with a slight twist -- each score marker adds a minute to the remaining time, instead of resetting to 60 seconds for each requirement.

This should have been a remake of the Duke Nukem table from Balls of Steel rather than a completely new one, but oh well.
