He also totally didn't need to do the disguises. Just as many people, if not more, would watch a climbing-gym-tour series. If he just found the gyms most interesting to him/us and did a free review of the facilities
A tip that could help is climbing with people that are better than you, and you should also know your climbing style and practice all of the basic moves
His real warm up is spending hours putting on a disguise and creating a character just to be instantly recognized
What a beast! The strength of the top climbers is amazing.
He just kidding, he doesn’t warm up
I stopped the video to look for a comment like this 😂
Magnus V15 Boulder Challenge 💪
Ok so step one is to be a v7-V8+ climber
for warm up💀
Deadhangs plus a kettlebell is crazy
The fact that he does a ONE ARM 90° lockout with a 20+ kilogram kettlebell is insane, especially considering it’s a warmup exercise for him.
watch his video with eddie hall where they swap diets, he matches him in the gym
So just go do some V7/V8s. Noted
whats your diet routine?

Warm up? Must be a different magnus
I do the same, but a lot less advanced. I’ve only really just started, so my limit right now is V6 at the very most.

Same ☹️ how have you progressed in 7 months?
Why spending time warming up?
I thought that one arm dead hangs were not that hard until I tried one. I can climb crimpy V8 but I absolutely can't deadhang on a 25mm hold
