In India we studied about Khan Abdul Gaffar Khan in school as a freedom fighter of India. I wasn't aware his nickname was Bachha Khan. It's a shame that Pakistan put him in jail. Then again what else to expect from Pakistan. They have forgotten their glorious past of Mehrgarh and Indus Civilization and consider a murderous, tribal, foreign invader as their forefathers. It happens only in Pakistan.
Correction: Khan Abdul Gaffar Khan's nickname was Badshah Khan.

My late father was a NAP worker. Close ally of Bacha Khan. Our people have no sense of history. Glad you brought those freedom fighter back to our memory.
We studied about Badshah Khan aka Frontier Gandhi in history books in India. He was a great leader and freedom fighter. He had started a non-violent movement with the Pashtuns for freedom from the British rule. He was awarded Bharat Ratna, India's highest civilian award, by the Indian government in 1987. Delhi's Gaffar market, named after Khan Abdul Gaffar Khan. Famous Khan market named after Khan Abdul Jabbar Khan, aka Dr. Khan Sahib. Dr. Khan was the elder brother of Badshah Khan who had helped many refugees to escape without harm.
Yep, his part is comprehensively covered in Modern Indian History books. Sadly, Pakistanis do not know about their great son of soil who didn't fight for India and Pakistan but for our United India against the colonial force.
What you didn't read was that same Badshah khan said to nehru, that you have left me to dogs--due to partition of India.
Backstabbing has always been the characteristic of Indian subcontinent to gain power by any means, even if it means abandoning and backstabbing someone, who worked tirelessly for the same ideology as you,even putting their life in danger.

1- تحریک انصاف پر جو ظلم ہورہا ہے، اس سے زیادہ ظلم پہلے بھی ہوچکا ہے "لہذا" تحریک انصاف والوں کے ساتھ ہمدردی کرنے کی ضرورت نہیں
اس کی مثال ایسی ہے کہ کوئی بندہ تھانے میں اپنے ساتھ ہونے والی ڈکیتی رپورٹ کرنے آئے۔ پولیس پوچھے کتنا پیسہ چھنا۔ بندہ کہے کہ دو لاکھ۔ تو آگے سے پولیس والا کہے کہ نکلو یہاں سے۔ اس علاقے میں تو کروڑوں کی ڈکیتیاں بھی پڑ چکی ہیں۔ اس معمولی رقم کی بازیابی کے لیے دوڑ بھاگ کرنے کی کوئی ضرورت نہیں ہے
تو کیسی جاہلانہ بات ہوگی۔۔۔۔۔۔
2- سبین محمود "کراچی" میں قتل ہوئیں۔ سندھ حکومت "ککھ" کچھ نہیں کرسکی حالانکہ وہ جانتی ہے کہ سبین کا قاتل کون ہے۔
ناظم جوکھیو سندھ میں، "حکومتی وزیر" کے ہاتھوں قتل ہوا اور کھلم کھلا پھر رہا ہے
لیکن،
ہمارے intellectual سید مزمل صاحب یہ مثالیں دیتے ہوئے تحریک انصاف کو مطعون کررہے ہیں جبکہ اسی وی لاگ میں یہ آگے چل کر، زرداری کو سپورٹ کررہے تھے
کوئی صحیح الدماغ شخص ہوتا تو ان دونوں واقعات پر پیپلز پارٹی کو رگڑتا۔ یہ موصوف تحریک انصاف کو grill کررہے ہیں

I must honorably mention Syed Saleem Shehzad, the journalist who exposed junior naval officers who facilitated the Mehran Base attack by Alqaeda. He was disappeared and not long after, his beaten up body was found in a ditch.

I agree. Muzammil bhai has (I understand his frustration) tried to go by the argument that 2 wrongs make one right. Civilians cannot be tried under AA by summary trial in a military court. But problem is ideological and principle based bankruptcy. Pakistani leadership and elite have become hollow while it's civil society is dead (busy in Lit fests and Kabab whiskey evenings). There is no fundamental plank or sound honest ideology to lead the masses. Socialism is the only option left. All in all I hope this whirlpool brings out some pristine pure decisive outcomes. Those who attack military installations and places, they attack military and fall under purview of Military courts. Secondly, in military courts judges don't say to culprits,"Good to see you and Best wishes for you", rather they decide on merit and swiftly.

اس کی مثال ایسی ہے کہ کوئی بندہ تھانے میں اپنے ساتھ ہونے والی ڈکیتی رپورٹ کرنے آئے۔ پولیس پوچھے کتنا پیسہ چھنا۔ بندہ کہے کہ دو لاکھ۔ تو آگے سے پولیس والا کہے کہ نکلو یہاں سے۔ اس علاقے میں تو کروڑوں کی ڈکیتیاں بھی پڑ چکی ہیں۔ اس معمولی رقم کی بازیابی کے لیے دوڑ بھاگ کرنے کی کوئی ضرورت نہیں ہے
تو کیسی جاہلانہ بات ہوگی۔۔۔۔۔۔
2- سبین محمود "کراچی" میں قتل ہوئیں۔ سندھ حکومت "ککھ" کچھ نہیں کرسکی حالانکہ وہ جانتی ہے کہ سبین کا قاتل کون ہے۔
ناظم جوکھیو سندھ میں، "حکومتی وزیر" کے ہاتھوں قتل ہوا اور کھلم کھلا پھر رہا ہے
لیکن،
ہمارے intellectual سید مزمل صاحب یہ مثالیں دیتے ہوئے تحریک انصاف کو مطعون کررہے ہیں جبکہ اسی وی لاگ میں یہ آگے چل کر، زرداری کو سپورٹ کررہے تھے
کوئی صحیح الدماغ شخص ہوتا تو ان دونوں واقعات پر پیپلز پارٹی کو رگڑتا۔ یہ موصوف تحریک انصاف کو grill کررہے ہیں
میں نے آپ کو اس وی لاگ کی دیگ کے چند سڑے ہوئے دانے دکھائے ہیں۔ باقی دیگ بھی ایسے ہی فکری گند اور intellectual corruption سے بھری ہوئی ہے
اس واردات کو تکنیکی زبان میں Twisting of facts یا غلط اینگلنگ کہتے ہیں۔ ہمارا سو کالڈ دانشور دن رات یہی کررہا ہے

I am pashtun from balochistan .we know what they did with pashtun and baloch leaders and we accept this the military is more powerful and have influenecd in every sector.Revising history again and again did not work becoz we know our polictians are the puppet of millitary.whether they are Pti ,PMLN,PPP,ANP,BNP,BAP,JUI..All these 2nd and 3rd generation of the following paries are not like as their grand father who fight against military power,they are now puppt....The main role that social media and journalism palyed in these decades are the worst becoz they are the main beficieryies of them and they are making propeganda and give importance to the raw issues over the important one's....
Here comparing 1980 to 2023 is not right even I don't agree that if the military hanged and jailed any politicians for years they can't do same as now Following are the reasons
1-At that time military were strong and powerful,2 the workers were not socialized they didn't get information on time from their leaders to come out for the justice and they face military trials and brutality
3.From last few decades non of any political party workers did to enter the cantt specially Lahore the reason is now the Punjabis not PTI workers know the real culprits and due to this army would not want to lose his powerfull home ground to hanged any politicians
