I met an old but strong Punjaban lady of 98 years old and she could still throw me out. Anyway, she said, we Punjabis and Pattans never voted for Pakistan.
In fact, British forcefully created like they created Saudi, UAE, Israel +++. On the top of all Punjab and Bengal was divided based of Hindu Muslims but UP, MP, Bihar, Oressa ++ given to Hindustan rather should be splinted between both countries. Hyderabad, Junagarh were taken over by India and Pakistan did nothing. Jinnah was an honest lawyer but absolutely failed in politics. He wasn't politician. He should not poke his nose into this matter that change entire future of Islam and Muslims in that region. Basically because of division, Muslims and Islam was the loser. We were 700 Million Muslims in Powerful Hindustan and would have super power by now. But emotion took over brain and we lost.

@@sanny47971 3 talak ka case was started by a muslim woman in 1990's. Her case against 3 talak was rejected cuz its muslim men right. She and many muslim women org fought for 3 talak ban. A poll was held all over India and over 83% muslim women voted for 3 tala ban. We didn't ban it by ourselves. It never concerned Indian government or hindus. It was muslim woman who started it and also she belived that we will bring justice to her. But the cass delayed sp much cuz muslim party and organisations opposed ir. Plus polygamy is very much allowed for muslims . And we are a secular state that's why shah rukh , salman etc are our fave we dont have sepretist ideology of muslims . Plus tata group is also owned by a parsi. A minority of 0.2% in india. Tata groups worth is more than pakistans.

It is amazing that this great man is remembered in Pakistan, Syed Muzammil Saheb. India itself has largely forgotten him because he was extremely critical of Jawaharlal Nehru. His autobiography, which was only published in a limited run, is extremely critical of Nehru whom he blames for the Partition. I am the grandson of Savitaben Kamdar and Gijulal Kamdar on my father's side, and the Maulana was a close friend of my grandparents. At my ancestral house on 24 Broadway (long demolished) in the hall, together with pictures of my grandparents, my father and three uncles and aunts, was the Maulana's portrait. I was unfortunately born more than a decade after his passing. He was a true patriot and one of the greatest sons of India. My father's family are Hindus and they were vastly more respectful to this great man and his memory than to many of the Hindu leaders of the time. The Congress Party tried to slime him by labeling him a drunkard. The fact is that he did not drink. He was a chain smoker, though, and that was what likely took his life. Few people fought for Indian unity harder than he did.
India's educational strengths came into being because of people like Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, and at a lesser level on a local basis, Justice Basheer Ahmed Sayeed in Tamil Nadu, Dr Miss Ahmed Beevi (as she preferred being known) in Andhra, and C K Mohammed Koya in Kerala. I was fortunate in only meeting Ahmed Beevi - her brother's grandson Sikandar was a close friend of mine and the family owned a beedi factory in Nellore - the Stove Beedi Factory. When she lived, she was so highly respected that people would take their footwear off when they walked past her house. And Justice Basheer Ahmed Sayeed's daughter Dr Bader Sayeed became a Member of Parliament (I think) and remains a highly respected lady in India. Her father started the first college for women and he was the leader who together with Egypt's Gamal Abdul Nasser worked for the higher education of Muslim women.
Thank you for bringing back some amazing memories. The world is a better place - and India owes a lot - to great patriots like the great Maulana.

Maulana Azad was education Minister of India until he died in 1958. In fact he played a very important role developing Indian education system.
He advocated the idea of universalisation of the basic education system and proposed the idea of free and compulsory education until secondary level for both boys and girls. After becoming independent, Maulana Azad made primary education a free and compulsory citizen right for children up to 14 years of age.

" It was not long ago when I warned you that the two-nation theory was death-knell to a meaningful, dignified life; forsake it. I told you that the pillars upon which you were leaning would inevitably crumble. To all this you turned a deaf ear. You did not realize that, my brothers! I have always attempted to keep politics apart from personalities, thus avoiding those thorny valleys. That is why some of my messages are often couched in allusions. The Partition of India was a fundamental mistake. The manner in which religious differences were incited, inevitably, led to the devastation that we have seen with our own eyes. Unfortunately, we are still seeing it at some places. There is no use recounting the events of the past seven years, nor will it serve any good. Yet, it must be state that the debacle of Indian Muslims is the result of the colossal blunders committed by the Muslim League’s misguided leadership. These consequences however, were no surprise to me; I had anticipated them from the very start.”

Abdul Kalam brainwashed the indian population with his education policy that he implemented as the first education minister of India. Only after social media and the emergence of alternate scholarship that was able to counter the mainstream that Abdul Kalam's sinister designs to brainwash India population to further his goals of maintain the powers of Muslim feudals in India has faced push-back. A load of bull.
If he truly was secular, and supposedly an islamic scholar, he should have started a movement to remove the usage of the word kaffir in Islam, and asked for establishment of temples in Mecca and medina just the way mosques exist in ayodhya , Kashi and mathura.
He should have ensured that every symbol of Hindu humiliation like the Babri, gyanvyapi are treated as such, and asked for a seperate mosque rather than pray at those sites.
He was a opportunist who modernized everyone else but lacked the will to do the same for his own, he ensured that a piece of the pie was retained for his community- minority status, minority institutions etc...
All these originate from lightbulbs like this Maulana.

Agree, i m from India. Many Indians r unhappy with partition. But my generation today lot of em realise it was very good decision. Probably with United hindu muslim India, India wud have been very poor with no growth even today. It wud have been a Hell hole with almost no science tech & modern education . Communities wud have been in constant fight with each other and regular riots. Hindus who have emerges to reform and modernise with time and still reforming wud have never happened. Hindus wud have been More fundamentalist like Moslems . Partition relieved Indian Hindus of Muslim threat and their Past. This ensured the left wing Congress rises and push reforms and make Hindus accept their Religion Problems. Also Rare conflicts has allowed peaceful atmosphere to Invite large Investment.
Also the 15% muslims who have remained in India has Kept Hindus on their toes to remain united to a level. And keep accepting reforms specially in terms of caste. The ethnic and caste divide has been overcome by Showing these Muslims as others instead of creating othering within Hindus themselves . I know this is bad for 15% muslims but i m not going to lie.

Islam has one holy book, one prophet and essentially one belief system. In spite of this, Islam could not keep Pakistan and Bangladesh together and the country broke up. Hinduism has thousands of different belief systems, folk practices and beliefs and at least 9 well-developed schools of thought and people believe that despite these differences Hinduism will be enough to keep India together. Actually, it was never about Hinduism and Islam, but the fact that Pakistan was formed on exclusivism and hate as a basis of it's identity that led to its downfall. Once exclusivism was stressed as the basis of Pakistani identity, that identity started becoming more and more exclusive and its definitions narrower and narrower...pehle Pakistan is buniyaad pe banaa ke hum Musalman hain, hum Hinduon se alag hain or Musalman Hinduon ke saath nahi reh sakte, uski buniyaad positive identity par nahin balki nafrat par thi...ek baar Hindu aur Sikh khatam ho gaye nafrat uske baad bhi nafrat lekin waapas botal mein nahi gai....jin bewakoofon ko tumne izzat aur taakat de di thi, wo log nafrat ke oxygen pe palte the aur naye naye identity dhoondhte rahe nafrat ke liye...ahmedi, bangali, Muhajir, shia, Hazara etc etc....In contrast, India did not stress Hindu identity but secularism and acceptance as its core value and stayed together despite being (possibly) the most diverse country in the world.....
For Indians, we need to learn from Pakistan's history...if we go down that same road, we will get the same results....don't forget it took them 30-40 years for the results to start showing in the everyday lives of citizens....aaj hum aage hain apne pichli 30-40 saal ki decisions ki wajaah se aur aaj jo kar rahein hain uska fal humein agle 30-40 saal mein milega....
For Pakistanis and muslims who say present day India shows you how valid two-nation theory is- you should consider that in every system different variables interact, react and influence each other....even among brothers - if one brother is consistently bullying, influences his own way and captures your property, sooner or later the other brother is not going to treat them well....iska matlab ye nahi hai ke aisa hona tayy tha....shayad agar doosra bhai theek se pesh aata, to dono bhai saath mein reh sakte the....
Before criticising the other, we both need to look in our own girebaan...There are so, so many things to talk about but I just want Indian viewers to think about this, as I know many Indians will come here to watch your video and gloat on our 'superiority'.

    • @rahulm4490

I will just add one more point (among many others I believe in)- Jinnah (post-Congress and retirement in England) and Savarkar (post- kaala pani) were british agents....to understand this, dont follow their speeches and words but follow their actions...ask how much time they spent in British jails after they started spouting religion based nationalism...look at who they supported when nationalist movement was at peak (like what was their attitude to movements such as Quit India movement or to supporting the British with Indian manpower and resources when the British desperately needed help during world war 2)....you will find a remarkable similarity in their actions and support/criticism....aur to aur, people who made their entire ideology about Hindus and Muslims not being able to live together, even shook hands and came together to share power when Congress provincial governments resigned ...and it was in one such mili-jhuli sarkar which had Hindu Mahasabha in government that the Pakistan bill was first passed....LOL, Gaddar the ye haraamkh0r.....aur jo inhe poojte hain wo awaal darje ke bewakoof....when people say ke Jinnah ne badi kurbaniyaan di.....ask them how much time he spent in jail since leading Muslim League, compare that to the years that were spent by Nehru, Gandhi, Azad, Patel and Badshah Khan and you will know who the British thought were their enemy and who their friend....

When Muslims of minority provinces approached Jinnah and asked him what would happen of them this is what he had to say - Kanpur on March 30, 1941, "in order to liberate seven crores of Muslims where they were in a majority I am willing to perform the last ceremony of martyrdom, if necessary, and let two crores of Muslims be smashed". Pls don't come n preach what about Modi etc.... your "Qaid E Azam" and his fan boys CONDEMNED us (Indian Muslims) to death (SMASHED, his words) .. After condemning us to death you have NO RIGHT to preach anything..... Not only we survived but thrived and will continue to, thanks to our hindu brothers and sisters... I laugh whenever someone uses the word "muslim ummah", basically that means they heard their friday sermon from an illiterate man and believed it. Even in Sunni sect there is no unity, salafism, wahabism are cannibalising traditional Sunni muslims who held moderate views on politics, religion. From Turkey to Japan, only in India that minority sects of Islam not just live but prosper. Members of Borah community are not just richest Muslims but richest Indians. Go to bazaars of Mumbai and some of the richest Muslim businessmen belong to Shia and Bora community. Every other Muslim country represses their minorities even smaller sects of Islam, only difference is the degree to which they oppress them.

Please know that we in India really wish you well; though we are being selfish because a prosperous and peace loving neighbour is a blessing for us. Too much time and resources have been lost in the last 75 years. Unfortunately Pakistanis couldn’t see his predictions and finally all who moved to Pakistan are still suffering in one of the most unstable country of world named Pakistan. If they would have been stayed in India probably they could have become part of growth of India - 4th largest economy of the world.

He was also the man who as the first education minister of Independent India shoved Mughal history down our throats as the only history worth learning about along with Congress’s tales of heroism for freedom. We should critique him for these terrible ideas too, if we give him props for many good deeds also done. We have a far longer and much richer civilisational history that was needed to be known by the masses.

Agreed to an extent. He did portray some Muslim rulers in a positive manner but he did portray many Muslim invaders in a negative manner.
Further India followed federalism in education also. So respective State government can draft their own versions of regional histories.
Basically he tried to built an overall harmonious history which do not promote Hate against muslims. Because he already saw that if you build a nation on the basis of Hate then what are the consequences. For example pakistan.
So I would suggest that if he was not Right in doing so but he absolutely right to serve a stable political and economic future of India.

@@hemalbhatt4055It’s not a question of portraying the Mughals in a good or bad light. The fact remains why was it the majority chunk of indian history taught in schools. Didn’t we have a lot more important historical figures and events that we should have been taught? Why this bias? Is it because he associated with them and thought he was a descendant of theirs, whereas he most probably was a convert like most of the current indian subcontinent muslims are.

I am Indian muslim, 3rd gen of Azad India. Since I started reading and gaining knowledge about partition incidents. I feel as if "It was a personal Hatred " of one person Jinnah that created Pakistan. When he was offered to be the first PM of India,, his sentence was some what ,, even if he became the first PM of India ,, in future he will loose because Muslims are not in majority.
If his idea of creating a new country was because of religion. His reply would be " I don't want to be a pm,, I want a Islamic nation ".

@saddozaiproduction it's not a claim, it's a fact. Once you do some research on him , you can get to know him easily.
He wanted a Islamic country that would be on Sharia law. Alhumdulillah very nice.
But did he Drink Alcohol? Did he Ate pork? He did he prayed regularly?
Once he got offended because in a party a British women gave his wife a shawl to cover herself because of her outfit.
His Mother was a Kadiyani , father converted to Islam, wife a parsi, daughter a parsi.
Forcefully removed from hindu viillage and Community because of fishing business and convention to Islam.
That thing made a bad impact on his mind. He hated Hindus, but he was not a Sharia law abiding muslim.
I am not questioning his muslim faith, but from history what I have known about him. I could say that such a person asking for a Islamic Sharia law country is totally opposite to what he himself was doing.

    • @ikram11003

@bmniac A muslim cannot do migration from a majority Muslim country to a non-Muslim country. The intention of migration should be only dawah ( teach Islam in that country) .
Rasool Allah SWA was in Macca , and very few accepted Islam ,,, did he migrated because everyone was Kafir?
No. The migration was done to Madina, after few years , even though there were more Muslims in Macca than Madina.
And when most of the muslims migrated to Madina, Islam was taught to the people of Madina. They accepted Islam.
A muslim in Majority non muslim country can do migration to a non muslim country. But, someone who is already born in a non muslim country , Islam doesn't say he have to migrate to a muslim country.

Our civilisational paths are different . The greatest mystery for Hindus is as to why all Muslims did not leave for Pakistan in the first place in 1947. Today Muslims are unpopular with Hindus, Jews, Christians, Buddhists and even Chinese communists are having problems in Xinjiang

First of all, most Hindus are not BJP. After this election, at least that much must be clear. You didn't even convince half the Hindus. Most Hindus and even Vajpayee sahb looked at the Partition as a tragedy in which millions died. Most Hindus have no real problem with everyday Muslims. They work together, are friends with each other, play cricket together, and even marry each other. It is some fanatics on both sides who can't get along.
