- few questions regarding this fragrance, im answering to those people who dont own it yet but want to, everything you need to know about Bleu De Chanel, i tried to answer them...skip this if you already own this fragrance :)

Thank you for your very very good review. 10/10. You are hands down the best reviewer on UA-cam, for your honest and realistic approach to your reviews. I am thinking of buying this one. I own all the Sauvages, and am a big fan, but, I agree with you in thinking that Dior Sauvage is more like a Johnny Depp, and Bleu De Chanel is slightly more high end or gentlemen like a James Bond. I will be buying this regardless of price to add to my collection, because the smell is just amazing. Thank you again for the great reviews.

Bleu de Chanel smells really nice, but whether to buy depends on one's budget. It's definitely one of my favorites!

Another great review. Two shots Edt lasts all day for me into the evening. Maybe its the older form but the juice I have is very potent. The edp is actually weaker I find. 👍🏻
Totally agree with everything you've said! Despite of the amazing scent, I never had or will have a full bottle of Bleu de Chanel because for the price tag it has to perform almost beastly and it's completely the opposite, unfortunately... In my opinion, Sauvage takes the lead in that battle.

This is one i have put off buying, there simply are too many I want before this and yes, Chanel is expensive. As always, stellar job my friend.
I agree with you in that I prefer the smell of Bleu over Sauvage however it's important to know where and when you can wear a fragrance. I live in Trinidad where the average daily temp is about 33 -34 degrees so I wear Bleu indoors and in air-conditioned environments. I also love the allure line but I wear them all in air-condition odds at night. Love your reviews my friend. keep up the good work.

Cool Water is my SOTD! Once all my Chanel bottles are used up I don't think I will be buying anymore of their scents. Higher prices and watered down scents are not worth the price tag. I do love Bleu EDT, Extreme, and Sport. I'll use my funds towards exploring other houses. Visit is a good pick up!

I've kept 20 ml decants of Bleu in my rotation since I finished off my first bottle in 2014. Good stuff, but no longer full bottle worthy, imo.
I have the eau da perfume and I am from Bangladesh too. For me it lasts quite long actually. I noticed this one lasts longer when applied to clothes. So I usually go for a couple of sprays on my shirt and two on my neck.
BDC is one of my all time favorites (EDT). I will always have it in my rotation. I enjoy your channel. Peace

BDC is one I'd really love in my collection. Because of the price I tend to look more towards buying three good hidden gems for the price of one top quality cologne. I know that Sauvage is more of a crowd pleaser, but to my lady it's more of a seductive cologne. My goto scent for date nights lol.
The Cuba Paris Shadow “BdC clone” performs decently but can easily reapply as I’ve only spent $7 US. I’m curious on your take with the Cuba Paris line if you’re familiar with them. Cuba Paris Gold is very close to JPG’s Le Male, almost identical imo. Thanks for the reviews 🙏🏼
BDC can really be used on those important occasions like wedding, other than that its not worth it is so bad when versatility comes in mind. Btw great video man

good to see some BD reviewer. Got Bleu De Chanel EDP, Spicebomb, Flowerbomb, The One EDP. But tired now. Planning to get CDNI now, Burberry London, A*Men Pure Malt, Pure Havane. Tell me some stores you buy from. i usually go to DDC 1, Dhaka and Tama Kundu in CTG.
Bleu De EDP works 14 hours on my skin. the conc. is less in toilette version due to refolmulaton. Keep it up!

You must have BdC. It is great to wear in an air conditioned office environment. And even better to wear on rainy days - even in hot countries.
I recently bought the Bleu De Chanel eau De Parfum. The longevity is good but the sillage is not as I expected. People barely notices. I haven’t tried this cologne before. So is it common?

BDC is a compliment receiver especially from the women and good for the winter and at night....., Sauvage is poor in longevity imo.....but pleasant nevertheless..Never tried Azzaro Chrome but iam tempted to.
In my opinion BDC along with YSL la Nuit really disappointed me, these two really get alot of love so my expectations were high until i got sample's they come across as too safe and boring as if i've smelt them a lifetime before. Maybe i have to try them out again , but so far i'm not impressed with either.

Short answer IMO, probably NOT. I own it but probably won't buy it again. IMO, BDC is a clean masculine sexy smell and their are other fragrances that do that for MUCH CHEAPER. Problem is Chanel doesn't sell through discounters like Notino so you are stuck paying the full ripoff retail price. BDC is a good office scent but Azzaro Chrome is just as good for the office IMO at a fraction of the price. BDC is also sexy and a ladies favorite but Sauvage is just as good for ladies reactions for cheaper plus has better performance
Yep, that's correct. I agree. Just want to add that, it depends where you live. Americans and maybe UK guys (canadians too maybe), you guys can buy from Notinohh, ScentBird, ebay amazon, easily. I can't, here in Finland. So keep that in mind.
Yeah BDC is very expensive.... Posh. It is quality but too expensive for what it is IMHO. If it had strong performance? maybe then.
I was lucky to buy a 40% full 3.3 oz bottle for 5 bucks. It smells great and garners compliments but I dont think I will buy it again. Its a solid fragrance but at retail its overpriced.
It took time for me to appreciate the ambroxan bomb sauvage. I'm trying hard to like the drydown of BDC but I just can't. The incense, woody vetiver is a bit too much for s blue fragrance, for me.
I'll stick with Armaf Shades Blue! I compared it to my sample of BDC EDP and I actually like Shades Blue better, it also performs well too and for $23, it's a no-brainer!!

Sadly, my wife is not a fan of BDC or Sauvage on me. It's a little disappointing as I have the large bottles of both. She prefers La Nuit, Chanel AHS, Dior Homme Sport (vintage) and D&G The One on me. Must be the 1% you talk about, Joy.
On a side note, has BDC been reformulated? There are a few comments saying it doesn't last but it's a beast on me. Two sprays max for the office, three for a night out, and it lasts 9 hours + on my skin. It has exceptional performance for me and is top compared with all the others I've mentioned above. It's hard for me to believe it comes simply down to skin chemistry. DHI, Le Male (vintage), Versace Eros, 1 Million are well recognised as having top performance and you just don't hear otherwise. Does Chanel have issues with batch quality? Can't be age either imo as my BDC bottle is 5 years old.
SuperWils2010 Totally agree....its probably due to batch differences, number of sprays used, weather conditions, fakes as well as reformulations and less about skin chemistry that accounts for the performance differences.
I feel your pain, my wife was not fan of La Nuit, and man I love that stuff....shame, but I will continue to wear it.

I go 7 to 8 spray and on a good day get up to 7 hr lasting power
and good scent bubble for first 3 hr then it's closer to my personal space but I still can smell it and enjoy it peace Bhai take care
With Bleu de Chanel i get easy 10 12 hours lasting on my skin,,,,, lovley smell,,,, also Sauvage its great smell,,, but you have to use for a while,,,,,me after 2-3 weeks of use i start love it,,, great scent!!!

Shocking performance, I tried it recently it's a skin scent and quiet boring, half moon by Al rehab is better and it's only £2
I think all the blue fragrances have the same dna, it's a waist to buy them all, I don't know this one but I got the Dior, it's ok but it's not my favourite. Many expensive brands are hyped, my favourite parfymes are cheap fresh parfymes from ck and coolwater. I like fresh parfymes the best.

honestly speaking blue de chanel is not long lasting fragrance in high heat just 4 or 5 hour and gone i just recommend you dolce&gabbana light blue intense best fragrance in high heat just gorgeous smeel
blue the channel is very good scent butt in spring fall and winter not in high heat beacuse of insance note not working in summer high heat

Designer Fragrance, Niche Price, Weak Cheap Department Store Performance (even in EDP).
Same story with YSL La Nuit de L'Homme and GB The One.
It's a No Brainer Dior Sauvage (EDT and EDP) or Chanel Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme win hands down. Only down-side, everybody is wearing them.
For the price point BDC is sold get yourself a Niche one like Layton or Herod (Parfums de Marly), amazing smells, great performance (which lowers it to the same price point as BDC) and nobody is wearing it. But as always wear whatever the fck you like (be a man!), not what someone else may possibly like.
What is better for you? Dior Sauvage 2015, Acqua di gio Perfumo, or Bleu de Chanel?

Yes, I actually wanted to hear about this, thought about this. As you have the legendary video older vid ADGP VS SAUVAGE VS BDC! As a guy who has 100ml Dior Sauvage, 125ml Acqua di Gio Profumo, 20ml Bleu de Chanel decant.
It's meh, it's just okay. It's too weak, the performance is not that great. I wont buy a bottle of BDC. Joy Amin, dude, in my country BDC costs more than Sauvage at least a little bit. Last time that I checked. Yes, BDC it smells a little bit posh and good, fruity/fresh. But it's light. It's just OK. I'm not a big fan. I prefer Chanel Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme, it has more performance... Though its good for spring and all year around pretty much.
Good video, well said. Sauvage quite linear, but it's still awesome, masterpiece, unique. Until 2018. Except in maybe NYC+London. But yeah Sauvage is awesome nice smell Ambroxan, Peppery, A couple of plants florals. Awesome, has everything. Citrus.
If you want an amazing smelling fragrance that has horrible performance, then buy BDC.
