Bleu De Chanel has been a top seller and a Trend setter in fragrance world, there are now 3 versions available in market, EDT,EDP and Parfum, which one should you buy?here is my discussion.

EDT - Harsher and synthetic, EDP - Well rounded with amber & added depth (The best), Parfum - Less uplifting, tonka added; heavy gourmand.
Yeah im kinda regretting choosing EDT
Synthetic? Wouldn’t expect anything from Chanel to be described that way.
For me the Parfum is the best by quite a distance. The Tonka and sandalwood take it up several levels.

I use the EDT in Hot Tropical weather 30°C+ and works well and is very refreshing. Initially, I didnt like it, i found the opening harsh, but I was wrong. It is a wonderful opening and great incense, sandalwood dry down. Great for Hot weather.
The parfum is far from a gourmand 😂😂
EDT: More basic, very fresh, long projection.
EDP: More amazing scent, very versatile, very good performance.
EDP: Deep, dark, sensual, amazing, intimate projection.
If I had to keep one it would be the EDP by far. There's something in it that I don't get at all in the others. For intimate, fine nights out, Parfum all the way.
The perfume is absolutely the best version of the three
I wear all 3 at the same time. Ultimate Bleu

Bleau de Chanel is my fave masculine scent ,and I told my hubby years ago to buy it he didn’t want too,so last year on his birthday we went to Sephora and from all of the 3 he picked up the Parfum 150 ml version ,and I Loove it I think it’s the best

After trying all three I went with EDT, just smells the best to me.
When that parfum heats up or when you’re body temp heats up while wearing it, it smells so rich

@@rohitasem4726 rich as in uncommon, higher quality ingredients, your nose and your smile are synonymous you smell something rich and you crack a smile cause you kno. That’s what BdC Parfum does to me

What I like about you is that your bottle are most of the half empty so we know that you really wear fragrance.
I gotta 5oz bottle of the Parfum!! Absolutely a masterpiece!!
I’m a big fan of the Parfum too.
EDP for amazing projection, Parfum for more closeness in the scent and intimacy.
EDT for day usage during mild days lasting 2-3 hours
EDP for daily use during warmer days lasting for 5-6 hours or so
Parfum for mainly palaces where you'll be close to someone. Maybe at night with someone the best, lasts 6-8 hours on skin/inner garment and peaks around 1-2 hours after application.

bleu de chanel is very good fragrance line. I have the parfum. I want to try the edt.

Parfum version have very good performance for me it last 8hours + on my skin and more on clothes
I finished my edp and now bought perfum one. But i still feeling edp was better with bit of versatility

Edt has best projection.
I think the Parfum is the best smelling. But I always recommend that people get the edp as it still smells good, it's cheaper and it performs better.
As for Sauvage... I think Prada Luna Rosa Carbon smells better. More classy and sophisticated 👌🏻

Joy ur really missing out on the parfum.. you should definitely definitely get a full bottle, it’s in its own lane doesn’t even smell like a flanker it’s that’s refined

I have the EDP and they sent a sample of the Parfum.. I'm going to do 3-4 sprays of EDP with 2 sprays of parfum for now!

The Blue De chanel and more the EDP version I think is quite similar in depth to the armani code.
It is as they have taken it and developed it.

Parfum smells best and lasts longest.
I recently purchased the perfume and it smells amazing! like the review said. Legit the opening smells so rich with flavour especially the grapefruit.
However the performance is like hours 3-4. Very disappointed.
Have so many scents, but always go back to BDC Parfume

I got the EDT and Parfum. I agree that the EDT doesn't last as long ... but I love that smell haha. Just gotta spray more.
Sauvage sucks.. BDC is a classic, it is insult to compare with Sauvage

A little more detailed description of the notes in all three variants would be great. What makes them different from one another when it comes to notes would help in making an informed decision.
Edt is fresher and light - every day any day casual and for events
Edp is full bodied and rich - all year plus dates and special occasions not casual
Parfum is heavier richer denser would only wear for events, dates, dressed up not an all year fragrance not casual.

EDP is my favorite by a long shot. EDT smells like cleaning spray to me, and Parfum is too much money for a blue scent.

bdc is one of those cases where the common reports on performance didn't apply for me... I owned both but sold my edp after some time because the edt just lasted longer on me... you also see this frequently debated on forums so i'd always recommend to test it out yourself before buyind a full bottle

I have sauvage edt and I purchased a sample of bleu de chanel edt - sauvage destroys it. I will try and source a sample of bleu de chanel edp.

The edp version has less vetiver, the parfum has none, the parfum version is the best, that sandlewood is epic

Based on my research, the ingredients did change from the 2018's IL17 to IL60 so it probably was cause on ingredient is missing but not sure on performance cause I haven't tried newer ones 🤷♂
