Disclaimer: We realise that the clinical case and the CT scan we've shown don't correlate very well. The CT scan shows a tumour that is MUCH bigger than 3x3cm. This came about as we amalgamated a couple of case reports when writing the script in order to increase generalisability, but clearly missed this inconsistency.
Sorry about that! It doesn't change the anatomy at all and the information is still correct; just pretend Aishah said "15x15cm" instead of "3x3cm". Have a great day :)
