Cook and Eat 1: Sriracha Chicken & Shrimp

  • A simple dish that one can make using basic ingredients found at home.
    Takes 15-16 minutes to make
    Cooking skill level: Low
    Ingredients for making sauce (2 person serving):
    3-4 Garlic cloves, 1/4 onion, small slice of ginger, 2 teaspoons light soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, 1-2 teaspoons of chili flakes, sriracha hot sauce (depending on your heat tolerance), 1 tablespoon of sugar, water, 1 stalk of scallions (to top off dish)
    Proteins: 1 cup of Chicken and/or shrimps
    Suggested Sides: Rice and cucumbers
    PS: Sriracha sauce can be substituted with other hot & sweet sauce
