    I read all the criteria for longevity, and for some reason a lot of expert does not recognized that social dancing can make you look younger and keep you in shape. I am 86 yrs old male ,my exercise to keep in shape, socialize, and enjoy life is dancing. I dance 4 to 5 times a week, 2 to 3 hrs, I dance quick step, Viennese waltz, tango , foxtrot, slow waltz, rumba, cha cha, samba, salsa, bachata, west coast swing, hustle, Argentine tango etc. To remember all the figures, steps, timing, body and leg action of each dance, stimulate your brain function. I have reach the age of 86 yrs, without doing any of the mentioned excercises. Of course I watch what I shove in my mouth.
