Because it's another maintenance item? Also some cars do have them but they're not serviceable in the way shown in the video and they tend to be more prone to failures/clogging.

How often does the internal filter have to be cleaned or replaced? Looks interesting.
It need so be cleaned, but depends on how much the engine sending oil there, maybe once a year
I would check it every oil change

This is not a car specific part. All it does is add an oil catch can in the line. It shouldn’t matter car to car.

New engines dont have oily blowby, higer milage 70k plus do, esp mspped turbo diesels.
Mann humel provent 200 does a good job of keeping intake clean.
