Thanks for the follow up. My 08 hyundai sonata v6 vapors a lot of oil. With each 5k oil change, I see my catch can has a quarter of burned oil down at the bottom.
When engine running at idling temperature, open the oil cap, if oil smoke comes out, ur engine burning oil if there is no smoke, its just like my optra, some engines got more oil vapor than others , so its normal, oil Catch can will solve that problem
I hope you can give me an answer. My car keeps giving code P0401. I changed the egr valve, that wasn't it. Now I think I need to change the solenoid? Look for cracks in hoses and maybe change temp control thing? It's starting to go dead in traffic. I've stopped driving it. I'm stuck because I don't know where the other things are I'm supposed to check. Solenoid, which hoses etc..
Check the wire harness, you may have open circuit in one of the wires, you can check if the EGR working or not, when the engine running, unplug the wire harness, if it changes engine sound it means it's working if it doesn't, means it not working
I did on 2 different cars Installing on toyota camry: ua-cam.com/video/bF7nGvHmg70/v-deo.html Installing on chevy optra: ua-cam.com/video/V5VM97XUp1U/v-deo.html
In my opinion, every car must have oil Catch can, because sometimes commercial oils has more vapor, so the oil Catch can always Catch them, and you will know which brand has less vapor on your car
does it matter to install the catch can lower, than the output, in order for drain of buildup not staying in the hoses. Most setup i have seen is that the catch can is lower than the output, to receive the gunk
I got dual catch can triple port with check valves on G37
Thank you, after watching your videos I'm seriously considering to install one on my 276000km Optra
Glad I could help

After installing and driving with time, Would it clean the carbon already built on the valves?
on the pistons only, not valves

No, it doesn't matter, mine at highest point and catches oil, but make sure to put somewhere far from Exhsust,

No problem
Can you put the link for buying it ?
Oil Catch Can: s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_993Itf
Will this pass inspections?
I took it to inspection, they didn't say anything ✌️
@@AliMECH thanks
hello bro, what do you achieve with that?
It keeps the intake valves and the pistons clean , if there wasn't oil Catch can, all the oil would be burned on intake valves and piston head
@@AliMECH thank you bro, you do good job!
