The gods roared with laughter and Ammy finally came out of the cave in curiosity, dazzled by her own appearance in a bronze mirror. She was pulled out of the cave and started to erase the depression as she joined up with the party. The cave was sealed off after Ammy leaves. Do not question the mythologies they are ridiculous

The rest less directly into the Orochi story.

She thought the reflection was a new god because she had never seen herself before, and walked out to see the mirror closer. After she did, the deities closed the cave with a purification rope and Amaterasu agreed to return once they reasoned with her.
***** totally on point, except her proper name is Ame no Uzume Mikoto. She is one of the enshrined Deities at the Tsubaki Kannagara Jinja. Her husband Saruthiko Okami is also enshrined there as is Amaterasu Omikami.

I have never felt more good about myself after watching this video. When I was in school I had complimented on a girls shoes before class saying they were pretty. Later when school was over, that bitch and her 'friends' attempted to push me down a flight of stairs. Traumatized, I had spent the rest of my life locked in my room wondering what I did wrong, not understanding that she was the one who did wrong. So when I heard the verse "if there are people bullying you, that means you are a great person" I almost shed tears. So I agree and accept what happened and will probably learn to forgive in the near future.

I love this song...and I love it even more because Kagamine Rin takes part in singing it and she's one of my favorites. This song makes me happy everytime I hear it.
I'm right now picturing all the characters replaced with Okami characters so Gumi would still play Amaterasu but she would be the wolf version from the game, Miku would be Kusugami, Rin would be Yumigami, ect.

The first is Bolide, which I found on Dafont! The other one is 衡山毛筆フォント行書 (Kouzan Mouhitsu Font Gyousho), a Japanese font you can download here. opentype.jp/kouzangyousho.htm
