      I need one suggestion from you, I’m looking to buy flat. There are 2 options one is western springs @ financial district which is costing 2 cr and one more is Anvita ivana at Kollur which is costing 1.5cr for the same size flat. Which is the better option. Flat is for my personal use

      You should also make a video. I totally understand your pain, frustration. We posted google reviews and could recover 90% of our investment but it took time. Only point we had was, they gave cheques.

      We had a proper agreement of sale! but these kinds of refund happen only based on whom u did the transaction with. If you proceed legally it will take ages

    Getting entire amount refund is great actually.....forget about interest. Im pretty sire you are dealing with cash and not easy to navigate legally either. There are still good people in realestate.

    i am having disbute land in siddipet, my opponent registered in my survey number insteeded of his survey number, in your experience can you solve this problem. actually you can learn and viewers can learn lot of things. this is critical case, we buy this land in 1968 [5.20 ]acres, for 4 acres we have passbook rest of 1.20 acres we are fighting, twist is we have land physically 5.20 acres but passbook 4 acres only. 1.20 acres land missing online. you have any expertise in this.i am sure you can fun to find this mystery land. i will meet you if you say ok

    The State Govt is the main culprit for all ess in real estates they give approvals for many things to one survey No. and make poor muddle class to run from pillar to post
    It needs policy revamp and courts should come heavily on those who grant multiple project approvals for one survey no.

Because instead of giving remuneration to brand ambassadors for promoting the project, they are refunding the money to customers. Idedo teda ga undi. Can u explain us in a separate video?
