Great video, George. I’m an appraiser in the Cleveland area and it’s blowing my mind that I’m still pretty busy in this environment. Nowhere near what it was like in 2021-2022, but I’m still getting a steady flow that I’m thinking will drop off once winter hits. I’m also seeing some really great multifamily properties starting to hit the market in the Cleveland metro (specifically eastern) for cheap since some investors are looking to tighten up their portfolios…

Is there a way to have similar information in other areas in the East side, like Bedford, Lindhurst, Shaker Hts… etc.?
