- YFZ 450r frame up build code name: Kylo 😎. Welcome back! We had dropped a hint on the last yfz build that we had a new one coming and here it is! Code name: Kylo I am sure was pretty easy to figure out for the nerds 😂 Starwars Kylo ren. I have been wanting to do this theme as my computer I used to edit on is also Dark side themed. I hope we were able to do it justice!

hey bro ive got a question, i bought a brand new 2024 yfz 450 r se, the only thing i want changed is the exhaust, what exhaust would you suggest i get and would i need to get an optimizer ? If so can you tell me the name and what settings to put it to. Your help would be much appreciated.

I mainly work on ltr's and im looking for an engine stand. Will most engine stands work with the ltr engine?
Yes, the engine stands come with different length adapters to fit your needs. I did the MHR $850 stand but honestly if you don’t do a lot of engines. Wooden square really will get you through.

What do you think this bikes weight is?
Thank you 😎 I would say very close to stock. It will be a little more once I put the oversized fuel tank on it.
you mention the rear being wider than the front, is this a big issue on quads?@@limitlesspowersports
Also i have a question, the back left wheel is a little wobbly on my quad what could be the issue. i also noticed that the tire loses air after like 3 days and even when its at good tire pressure its still wobbly@@limitlesspowersports
This YFZ is XC width a-arms so they are -.75" each side. The rear axle is adjustable so i just moved the spacer to the outside to get the rear more narrow for better handling
@@oryx070 You need to check hub trq, hub wear, lug nut trq. as far as tire leaks. Tires bleed down 1-2 PSI per month naturally. you can soap the tire, have a shop check and clean the bead and replace the valve stem
Is the ltr geometry worth it
For the YFZ it’s not 100% needed but you can feel the difference in rough corners. The bars do not try to push back on you at all

Your left front tire needs to be flipped. Tread is going the wrong way!
It’s been swapped 👍 all the parts just got back from powder coated for this build. New video next week
I did the same thing with mine. Had to swap it at the track!😂
