I am currently a Zendesk admin and there are some inaccuracies about Zendesk in your video, for example, about automatic assignment or sorting of tickets based on channels, urgency and topic of the ticket, this is not true; zendesk is capable of this and more such as automatic responses based on the reason for the request and also reassigning the ticket to different departments than the initial one, etc...
Gorgias multichannel approach is impressive and could be a great fit for you if that's your main pain point. But if you're after AI, consider other options too.
