It has always been my dream to come to Dubai and establish my startup company (I have fully written a business plan and a pitch deck) since 2015, however, due to personal and environmental reasons I have never been successful in doing so, although I want to leave my main big plans aside now just to move on in life and relocate to Dubai and start a new career in one of the challenging but rewarding jobs in Dubai which is a real estate agent that I actually love, I do not know if any company that I am going to applying to will be accepting me or not because I am Iranian, however, I will do my best, I currently have read all DLD laws and regulations, guides about the neighborhoods, etc. and just started to watch your free and amazing professional course about the industry. Hi. I just started watching part 1. I'm from South Africa and would like to be an estate agent and move to Dubai. Am I able to watch and study these videos and information and write my RERA test/exam online or do I need to attend the entire training and then write? I have no real estate background.
I suggest you watch the training videos before starting your real estate career. And do not limit yourself to these videos only. Search and study and learn more, from multiple sources.

I Need To join real estate In Dubai which company is best for starting I am new
Hey, I'm planning to come to Dubai after 2 months and start my career as a real estate agent. Do you have any suggestions? And I'm planning to live in either a studio apartment or rent a room. So, how much money should I come with? I know it also depends on my lifestyle but what would you suggest? Because I wont be receiving any salary and it'll be commission based only.
