Me and the wife were in Scotland in May 1998. We'd driven up from York and crossed the border on a B road heading towards Loch Ness. We'd been driving for an hour or so after lunch and started to feel a bit drowsy, so we pulled off the road into a pine forest way stop that was on top of a fairly high peak. We made tea and sat for a bit taking in the beautiful country around us. Being from Australia we were surprised at the rugged beauty of Scotland which I found the pinnacle of our Britain holiday. You Scots ar very lucky.

Great video, and beautiful country! I'm 8th or 9th generation USA, but my ancestors pre 1700s were mostly Scot/Welsh/Irish and it's always very interesting to see and hear the history.
