I have the long time sensation that iPhones don't change much and the limitations, in general specially photography, the features of the new iPhone and the previous one is just a software limitation, and it's kind of sad.
Having tried the ridge wallet before it's not very functionable. Folding bills multiple times is a hassle when you want to do quick cash transactions. No pop-up functionality makes shuffling through cards a chore. It's good for a at home rarely used gift card, credit card holder, but not a main/daily wallet

the microphone comparison section was really great, the fact I can hear the difference, compared to you saying "The mic is a big bump over last year's model" was great

Great video Becca, just very well laid out and interesting - I wish you all the luck in the world, you deserve it. That balloon video footage is amazing too. It's a shame you can't change the camera button thingy so it just does open/focus/take shot instead of all that other guff. Or can it?
By default it will just open and take, the controls are a secondary function activated with a double press. They'll add half-press to lock focus in an update according to the event.
Photographic styles looks awesome and I can't wait to get it in the 17 Pro Max (I have the 15 Pro max and I don't upgrade every year). My question is, have they dealt with the over sharpening? Maybe this could be another slider they could add in to the photographic styles toolbox so we can chose if we want our photos to be over sharpened or natural looking? I love my iPhone camera but sometimes I take shots and I'm just like "Yuk that looks so grainy" and there's nothing you can do about it in post. At least colours can be adjusted but sharpening is baked in.

I'm really glad I don’t have to drop a ton of extra cash to get the same cameras on the Max, plus they bumped up the screen size on the regular Pro! Honestly, 6.5 inches felt like the perfect sweet spot for an iPhone, especially since there’s no multitasking like on Android. Once Apple adds split screen, going for a bigger phone will totally make sense, even beyond just gaming.

ppl often like to compare smartphones based on how their photos renders skin tones, contrast and saturation while in reality, all we really want is the flattest, most detailed and unprocessed file so we can add our own style on top of it.

Definitely the best video about the new iPhone 16 Pro camera and mic that I have seen, and I watched a lot of them.
Her reviews feel less sterile than a lot of others. It's a great style but as mentioned, it takes time. Probably why most don't do it.

Haha having ptsd when my wife and I crash landed thru trees in someone’s front yard at hudson balloon fest 😂… then they made us help pack up 😂
biggest lesson I learned while making this video: crashing into trees while attached to a giant balloon is normal
