Anyone seen that Lance is super flexible? You know, from that Pokemon Generations episode where he was flat on his back and then he jumped using his shoulders and landed perfectly on his feet? WITH A CAPE ON.
Would need an accurate simulation of who would logically win. He would need have to dive into the manga, anime, movies, and games to understand their psyche during battle. With that, it would determine who would win. It seems only possible with characters that has a strong lore beyond their place in the series. I wonder what Bugsy's "True Power" is. I as a Bug expert myself know that over time Bug types have gotten drastically better over time. Due to this, it does concern me why the Bug type is still considered a "weak" type after generation 6 (X/Y/OR/AS). I can understand where competitive players come from, but only true Bug type experts can use the Bug type's "True power" without resorting to legendary or mythical Pokemon. (My 2nd point applying to any typing).
This is the guy I've been waiting for and you did not disappoint, my friend. Excellent job as always Silph. How about Clair next? Let's see what Lance's cousin is capable of.

Italo Caycho Torres I LOOOOVVVEEE erika! Shes so pretty, her gym is beautiful, her gym has my favorite trainer classes: Beauty, lass and picknickers, and is rocking my favorite pokemon, vileplume!
How about Steven’s strongest team? I have a pretty good idea of what it would be, so I’ll leave it here to see how close I get: -Cradily from the B2W2 World Tournament. It’s not a very good Pokémon, but the important thing is that it knows Sandstorm, which is an amazing move to have on his team because none of his Pokémon take damage from it (also it’s not weak to ground). It also compliments the next Pokémon very well... -Excadrill, also from B2W2. It can have Sand Rush as an ability, which is perfect to go along with Cradily. Excadrill’s base speed is okay, but Sand Rush means that nothing is faster than it during a sandstorm, which it can also set up but that’s not really the best use for it considering that its main purpose is as a sweeper. -Skarmory from the Meteor Falls fight in Emerald. It knows Spikes (very important) and can spread Toxic if it wants to stall, which is a good idea considering that Skarmory has been a wall in every generation it’s been in. Skarmory’s just really good. Mega Metagross from Battle Maison in ORAS- Mega Metagross is currently banned to Ubers (it’s not amazing there however), and has a ton of good tools (this one has poor coverage moves though). I chose the Battle Maison one over the one from his champion rematch because Hammer Arm provides much better coverage than Giga Impact and beats one of its biggest weaknesses in Dark-types. Aerodactyl from ORAS rematch and Battle Maison- it’s not the best to be honest, but it knows some great coverage moves. We can assume it’s the same Aerodactyl in both instances because they have the same movesets (different abilities but the Ability Capsule is a thing). It holds a Focus Sash in the latter case, which is a very good item because of how frail it is. Also it’s not weak to Fighting. Yeah I got no clue what to put in the last spot. I’d say Aggron because it’s a good wall, but its typing leaves too much to be desired to really be a good option here.
But it was estabilished multiple times in the games that there is possibility of premature evolution. It dates back to original gen 1 red and blue. Viridian forest is swarmed with metapods and kakunas below level 7 and this trend is kept in later gens as in early routes you often see cacoon-like pokemon below their evolution level. And to keep you from saying that these are exceptions as it only applies to bugs. no it does not in yellow the Viridian Forest contains level 9 pidgeotto (1% encounter chance) in power plant you may find a muk level 33-37 (and grimer evolves at 38), pokemon tower in lavender contains haunter level 20-27 (depending on floor, evolves at 25) on route 12 you may surf into level 15-20 slowbro (evolves at 37) or fish up level 25-35 seadra (evolves at 32). And the list could go more but to finish it early and keep all of those 'but yellow was experimental special edition and should not count) in Alola bagon may call for SOS and get help... from level 9-12 salamance (yes you may fight fully evolved pseudo-legendary pokemon with your team consisting of only first stage pokemon, though getting this 1% encounter takes time) and some other prematury evolved form may be called (slowbro and magmar at around level 18, electabuzz at level 29 or lower, though the evolve in their thirties, gyarados level 10-19) Anyway saying that he can do impossible beacuse he uses level 47 dragonite is a big misundarstanding. These levels are possible legaly in the games for theses form. Hard to obtain, but possible. Also do not forget that some trainers uses trade evolved pokemo even though they propably did never trade their pokemon (these are mechanics to make filling whole pokedex harder but not necessary true within pokeverse- I always considered trade evolution to translate into something like 'require a big shock/impulse' so a skilled trainer should be able to evolve it without trading.) P.S. Oh. And if you know where to look you may even meet level 10 dragonite in Alola so maybe lance caught it in Alola?

There's a theory that the reason because Lance has underleveled dragonites is because of the lake of rage incident where team rocket is force evolving magikarps. Its possible that's the reason for his underleveled dragonites.
When it comes to gold and silver I always blame the lake of rage for his early evolved dragonites. Dunno about other games or the movesets but gold and silver's levels actually make sense to me

i don't see why he'd stop at zard x lol
I would really like to see Elite Four Member Aaron from the Sinnoh region next.
Replace Hydreigon or Salamence with Kingdra. Kingdra can go special or physical, and removes an ice weakness (which you have four of).
I would like to see N’s true power since he is a really relevant character and he has so many Pokémon depending on the seasons so I think it would be pretty interesting
You should later do vs battles
Would love to see
A full power Lance Vs full power Steven
There's a theory that the reason because Lance has underleveled dragonites is because of the lake of rage incident where team rocket is force evolving magikarps. Its possible that's the reason for his underleveled dragonites.
When it comes to gold and silver I always blame the lake of rage for his early evolved dragonites. Dunno about other games or the movesets but gold and silver's levels actually make sense to me
This may be a long shot but can you do a True power Video on Flannery
Lance, the champion before hacks were a thing. 💯
Koga has to be done eventually. You can't ignore the ninja forever :P
11:54 that would make sense if the trainer was not lance with his two level 47 dragonites
What if you were a gym leader and which will be your best team
Normal champions:has one or 2 pseudo-legendaries
Lance:eh i guess i will have enough to fill my entire team
