So many Trumpers say the Fake Electors plot was just to get his claims in front of the Supreme Court. Except that was BS. The Supreme Court isn't a court of original jurisdiction for this, meaning they wouldn't have been involved in fact-finding, or determinations of fact. Also, if Pence had gone along with the plot, that leads to a very dark place. Best case, the Supreme Court would be put in the position of pushing out the "winner" of the Electoral College vote, worst case, they would be in the position of deposing the sitting president.
nothing there is against the law you people really like to make shit up in fact it would have been against the law then for all congress to leave because of what happened on jan 6 but they all left then resumed at a later time the fact you think rules are laws is the issue. rules in the house are not in fact laws
@@oooon222 yeah i couldn't make it to far into the video either because he obviously doesn't know how congress or government works he just knows how to spew talking points and the letter one thing he showed as proof they where "breaking the law" actually showed other wise.
I’m sorry but if anything about Jan 6th was true than they would have already had the Supreme Court involved.

From the words out of Pash’s mouth, I don’t think Biden had a choice.

True. But I think there is a few confusing statements made.
Intro made me realize that I don’t wanna watch this vid. The gall to open up with a false equivalency.
