How to make a perfect Double Mat

This video shows how to mark the inside mat of a double mat by cutting the block size of the inside mat of the double mat slightly smaller than the block size of the top mat and slightly sticking the inside mat to the top mat so you are using the same edge of the top mat to ride the mat marker along that same edge so the inside mat will line up perfectly to the top mat opening so the inside mat will show an exact even exposure all around the opening..
