I'm curious about the cornstarch...are you sure it's not powdered sugar? Wouldn't cornstarch taste horrible? I want to make this! Also, does '10 min in an unheated oven' mean no preheating? My oven takes almost 5 minutes to get to temperature and I don't think these would be baked..help!
I haven't tried this recipe yet, but the sounds from the beginning imply that it is cornstarch, which probably helps with the whole freezing thing so they don't stick and since sugar could become gross with condensation. As for the oven temp, it may be better to test out baking one unheated, because i think they might be using a convection oven? not sure. It's probably better to be cautious anyways

I am confused about the part where it says bake in a NON preheated oven at 180ᵒC for 11 minutes…that isn’t even remotely enough time to heat to that temperature? Is it so the oven gradually gets hotter while the bread is baking? Even so, after 11minutes the temperature is not THAT hot though, right? Surely not hot enough to fully bake a bread roll or even a tiny pancake. Am I foolishly missing something here? Haha
I actually came to the comments to see if it was a mistake in the translation. Surely it meant pre-heat oven??? I hope someone can explain this to us because I’d really like to give this recipe a try!
