No grains at all. It causes intestinal irritation .and I used to get hungrier quickly.I found that if I eat mainly from the beneficial list of foods it helps and only add the from the neutral food groups occasionally. ... this works the best for me .I’m 5.7 ft in height and weigh between 58-59 kgs for years

I read type O last night, it is EXACTLY what my body has gone through for 45 years. Strong digestive tract, very physical workouts, thyroid issues, etc. I have a feeling this is going to be my life changer.
I am blood type B and have always been a person of a healthy mind, healthy body. Before I started the blood type diet I was eating Chicken, tomatoes and avocado at least 10 or more times a week, which I now know is completely wrong for me. When I reached out to learn more about the blood type diet I had no energy and felt tired all the time and couldn't work out why as I'm a healthy and fit person. Once I knew what foods were highly beneficial for me I stuck to those and am convinced this diet works 100%. I am no longer tired, my skin is the softest I have ever felt, I have the energy of a 20 year old and I am 51. My metabolism is at it's best and some days I am not even hungry at all. My weight is controlled and muscle tone is amazing on this diet and I no longer worry or think about food which used to consume my every thought of the day. It's a no brainer on this diet, I highly recommend.

I was the same way. A friend of mine wanted to help me in my efforts to lose weight so she put me on a vegan diet for 30 days. I exercised for 30 days and ate no meat. I was always bloated, had a inflammation, lost 7lbs, but I felt better than I did the previous month before. I started researching the blood type diet and fasting. I tried it for 30 days, all bloating and gas was gone, I only exercised about 15 times and lost 11lbs, I felt AMAZING!! Ppl can say what they want to say, but I’m the blood type diet (O positive) works for me. Everyone just needs to find what works for them because we’re all different.

Im blood type O and I’ve been vegan for 2 years. I have perfect health, no digestive problems, no weight problems, and my skin is clear as it ever been.
I am type O too. I felt great for the first 6 years as a vegan. Then I got covid and its taken me over a year to recover. I was malnourished and work out a lot.
I'm blood type 0 and always had stomache problems, pain and bloating since i was a child... At home we were mostly eating grains, wheat, dairy. I always got tired very quick and couldn't focus at school. I'm 35 today and asking myself if poor food choices could have been a reason of my not so great health ...

This diet works! It's almost like a rapid weight loss program to me....not going to lie, I was at 5'5" and 150 pounds. That's not where I'm supposed be. Maybe it's not for everyone and it basically just tells you how to eat healthy. There are a ton of recipes online and cookbooks for ideas. I'm blood type A and lost 25 pounds in about 3 months.

@@Србомбоница86 dairy does create a lot of mucus for me so I tried to avoid it. Not so much cheese or yogurt but definitely milk. I do really good with soy milk or almond milk though.
@@kristasmith3692 for me cheese and yogurt are the worst ,milk I can drink with no issues ,I think fermented products bother me the most ,I literally can't breath from the histamine in cheese and yogurt
@@kasiekk193 I’ve done low carb diets. I’ve done intermittent fasting. I’ve done plain old not eating and of course that doesn’t work. With all of the ones I have tried it’s not so much that the diets didn’t work, I just didn’t like them for me. The Blood Type A diet makes sense to me and I don’t feel deprived from anything. Plus I’m someone that needs clear instructions on what to eat and what to avoid and this does that.
This really works ! Eating chicken with my type AB blood, almost killed me. I was getting blood clots all the time til I stopped doing it. Now I notice that a cup of chicken noodle soup gives me a blood clot under my left arm.
It worked for me but I had to also add the mold diet and the ragweed diet to it. I was paralyzed with arthritis but now, symptom free and no medications. Age 74

My partner is A blood whereas I'm O blood. All along I felt good eating highly beneficial food for O group. I also felt bad when I did not follow it. Let me give u an example. My partner drinks avocado & he feels better as it is good for blood A group whereas I feel sleepy or not so good as I'm an O blood. Thnks for coming up with all the research. Time for us to look into this.
Blood Type B Human 🩸 I always feel bloated when I consume chicken as chicken is the main source of protein at my country (I guess same goes to the whole world). Somemore, u and I will consume chicken as daily protein and chicken is so easy and simple to buy from compare to Lamb and turkey 🦃. At first, I thought I was just purely having a bad stomach, since I have gastric back then, and I just live with it since young, tbh, that really bring pain to my life bits by bits. Can u just imagine u can’t really concentrate on doing something compare to other people, easily tired after doing something, that’s just so awful. Yup, lectin in chicken can’t just kill u in short time, but it will just stop what u can do in long run 🙏 If u think red meat bring a lot of cholesterol to your body, turkey 🦃 will be the best option compare to chicken 🐓 (blood type O and blood type A take up majority of the population (90%), so I guess most of the diet programmes are catered to those group of populations)
I must say I was not really thrilled looking at the acceptable type A food list- cutting out virtually all animal protein is easier said than done and then some other foods (starches, fruit and veggies also off limits) I'm just wondering whether it works for type O only because they restrict carbs and subsequently balance their blood sugar (not so much the blood......) - most reviews / testimonials from people losing a lot of weight are O- I think I am yet to see a type A person praising this diet
Me! I did keto for 2 years, and while I looked great, I felt unbalanced. I started getting off keto, reintroducing whole grains and fruits, upping the veggies, and also lessening red meats (I always felt uncomfortably full eating it), and I just felt better in general--balanced. Come to find out that I'm blood type A+ and it all made sense why I was reacting those ways to certain foods! Even more so now that I'm pregnant and my body is producing more blood for this baby, I've just been craving everything my blood type calls for. The body does remarkable things when you take care of it!

I didn't know about this, but i felt it, actually i type A, whenever i ate vegetables instead meat, next day i felt energized but i missed this when i eat no veg. He is right .

People were from different backgrounds. They must have had the same blood types back then and followed the same diet. As people have moved into societies over the year, so have blood types.
I’m from the Caribbean Islands and we have way more food than what you mentioned here. Avocado doesn’t have lectins . Coconut oil is good for the brain .
He actually made a mistake in the blood type A book, he mentions in the food lists that salmon is high beneficial but then he put salmon in the avoid category also. So now after paying for the book, idk if I should eat salmon or not!
🤦♀️ And before and after? I have blood type b but I don't have any bad conditions when I eat chicken. It's just another theory, a diet plan. Think twice.
@@mesmes25 if it's overly seasoned or fried I don't rally notice a difference but it still doesn't seem to sit well with me and when its not seasoned it still smells like hay to me sometimes. It could also be a brand difference too
@@leylinetarot or maybe something in your mind. Sometimes our brain can make us feel bad when we eat healthy and good food. I feel like that myself. They even say that our subconscious thoughts can lead to allergy.
I have tryd every diet but that prescitiarian diet its actually only fruit diet which i will never do,even blood type o,it was going so well untill years back the evil media did everything to bunk it,i fell for that evil media,i just gave up on health an ate crap,skin went bad,hair thinned,became fat,im currently 3 month carnivore im feeling great,ive lost of the fat,skin feels great,doing better at the gym,i got till December an coming back on the blood type till i die because i have tryd an tested an it works like a miracle but this time a want to be strict as possible to keep this youth look
This is total and utter nonsense. I wrote a report on this book and there is not a shred of scientific evidence that supports this theory, but I bet this man quacks all the way to the bank.
It works for so many people, me included, potatoes used to make my hole system suffer,wasnt very sick,but had a general feeling of not being well. I stopped eating it out of a gut feeling that it might be the reason, and 10 days in i was so much better. Same with tomatoes,and different kind of meat. I have no doubt people should eat and avoid different kinds of food according to bloodtype

I'm blood type A and the blood type A diet is the only thing that has ever worked for me. And I have tried quite a few diets.
Can you handle dairy ?I am A ,but dairy creates mucus for me in the body

My partner is A blood whereas I'm O blood.
All along I felt good eating highly beneficial food for O group. I also felt bad when I did not follow it.
Let me give u an example. My partner drinks avocado & he feels better as it is good for blood A group whereas I feel sleepy or not so good as I'm an O blood.

I must say I was not really thrilled looking at the acceptable type A food list- cutting out virtually all animal protein is easier said than done and then some other foods (starches, fruit and veggies also off limits) I'm just wondering whether it works for type O only because they restrict carbs and subsequently balance their blood sugar (not so much the blood......) - most reviews / testimonials from people losing a lot of weight are O- I think I am yet to see a type A person praising this diet
Me! I did keto for 2 years, and while I looked great, I felt unbalanced. I started getting off keto, reintroducing whole grains and fruits, upping the veggies, and also lessening red meats (I always felt uncomfortably full eating it), and I just felt better in general--balanced. Come to find out that I'm blood type A+ and it all made sense why I was reacting those ways to certain foods!
Even more so now that I'm pregnant and my body is producing more blood for this baby, I've just been craving everything my blood type calls for. The body does remarkable things when you take care of it!

I didn't know about this, but i felt it, actually i type A, whenever i ate vegetables instead meat, next day i felt energized but i missed this when i eat no veg. He is right .

People were from different backgrounds. They must have had the same blood types back then and followed the same diet. As people have moved into societies over the year, so have blood types.
I’m from the Caribbean Islands and we have way more food than what you mentioned here. Avocado doesn’t have lectins . Coconut oil is good for the brain .

He actually made a mistake in the blood type A book, he mentions in the food lists that salmon is high beneficial but then he put salmon in the avoid category also. So now after paying for the book, idk if I should eat salmon or not!

@@mesmes25 if it's overly seasoned or fried I don't rally notice a difference but it still doesn't seem to sit well with me and when its not seasoned it still smells like hay to me sometimes. It could also be a brand difference too
@@leylinetarot or maybe something in your mind. Sometimes our brain can make us feel bad when we eat healthy and good food. I feel like that myself. They even say that our subconscious thoughts can lead to allergy.

I have tryd every diet but that prescitiarian diet its actually only fruit diet which i will never do,even blood type o,it was going so well untill years back the evil media did everything to bunk it,i fell for that evil media,i just gave up on health an ate crap,skin went bad,hair thinned,became fat,im currently 3 month carnivore im feeling great,ive lost of the fat,skin feels great,doing better at the gym,i got till December an coming back on the blood type till i die because i have tryd an tested an it works like a miracle but this time a want to be strict as possible to keep this youth look

This is total and utter nonsense. I wrote a report on this book and there is not a shred of scientific evidence that supports this theory, but I bet this man quacks all the way to the bank.
It works for so many people, me included, potatoes used to make my hole system suffer,wasnt very sick,but had a general feeling of not being well. I stopped eating it out of a gut feeling that it might be the reason, and 10 days in i was so much better. Same with tomatoes,and different kind of meat. I have no doubt people should eat and avoid different kinds of food according to bloodtype
