Hell no, but I didn't have to because it was already in my Disney+ Subscription and as part of that it was totally fine for me. Also was totally surprised seeing Aisling Bea. I normally know her from things like Taskmaster (UK) and her comedy specials.
Eternals was one of the worst movies I saw last year, the only reason I gave it a D and not an F is: the comedic lines were funny. Snake Eyes, however, was the worst movie I saw last year, nothing about that movie was interesting in the slightest.
He reminds us in every movie he writes all the way down to making the Chi Omega assault/massacre a loose "Halloween" sequel taking place inside Carey Mulligan's parents' house from "Promising Young Woman".
Oh dear God. I mean, Clint Eastwood directed "Unforgiven" after doing "Dirty Harry 4", so... you CAN go from the absolute worst to the best, but still... it's hard to see anything good coming from the writer of "Halloween 6". I mean, even Resurrection wasn't written out of history the way that movie was. Surely "Halloween Kills" can't be that bad?
The thing with Halloween Kills is the whole town against Michael can be a very cool idea, but it was done so haphazardly, that you start rooting for Michael Myers...except for a few people...

I didn’t actually hate anything this year. I saw two technically bad movies; Mortal Kombat and Dear Evan Hansen. I have too much love for the music to hate DEH(I do prefer the original cast recording, and maybe my opinion on the film will worsen since I’m seeing it live soon. Hopefully the Evan on makeup won’t make him look like a melting grandpa,) and I had too much fun with Mortal Kombat. It was the excitement of seeing the fatalities on the big screen. There were two films I didn’t really like, but those are films I’ll acknowledge are good but aren’t really my thing; green knight and nightmare alley

Eternals is Doug’s second worst film of 2021? I love the film and it’s one of my favourite Marvel movies, though I can understand why it is very divisive. But 2nd worst? That’s too harsh.
I think I understand for Doug. Doug being exposed to many more films, seeing eternals take itself so seriously and attempt things that are not new to films (albeit some firsts for the MCU) is not groundbreaking or even remotely new/interesting. Marvel was known for reinventing the formula, and when it comes to bringing traditional film tactics…it does it at a mediocre level in my opinion.

After watching last year's video, I was waiting to see this one, and I'm not disappointed. It was worth the wait! Such a blast to hear Brad and Doug talk about bad movies (and arguably not so bad ones).
I was in a dark place when I saw coming 2 America so maybe the few laughs it got out of me made me remember it more fondly.
sounds like Brad and Doug are gonna have a "Ruin Rob's Day" movie marathon with some of these titles. XD
32:50 I'm still considering watching it, just for Aisling Bea >_>
...Also, I just saw "Seal Team," also with Dolph Lundgren. It's a South African computer-animated movie, about talking seals who fight talking sharks, and it's not *awful,* but... is he doing OK? Did he get swindled out of a lot of money, or have to go to an American hospital (but I repeat myself)?
Maybe he lost a bet.
My list:
10. Yes Day
9. How I Became A Superhero
8. Thunder Force
7. Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans
6. Home Sweet Home Alone
5. Army of the Dead
4. Things Heard and Seen
3. A Week Away
2. A Classic Horror Story
1. Sony's Cinderella(GARBAGE)
I’m guessing rise of the Titans is there mainly for the middle finger ending?
@@nexus5253 Somewhat, but I honestly found the whole thing disappointing. The writing was just lame, the conflict didn't seem that interesting, and it took Jim, a great character in the original show, and turned him into an angsty, whiny person. Not to mention, this was the first time I actually hated the performance of the new Jim voice actor. I didn't hate him before, he just wasn't Jim to me, exactly how I wish 3Below, Wizards, and this movie weren't part of the franchise and they'd stopped after Trollhunters Season 3.
Karen would work better as a South Park episode than a legit movie
Another enjoyable video with Brad & Doug doing what they love. Got to admire their passion and sense of humour.
I understand that Doug didn't like "Venom: Let There Be Carnage," but at least Woody Harrelson was more entertaining to watch then that "Elon Musk wannabe" from the first Venom movie. I REALLY like "Let There Be Carnage" and it's one of my favorite NON-MCU Marvel movies. Yeah, it has a ton of flaws, but I didn't really expect much to begin with, so it gets a pass for me
Annette is my #1 for 2021! It's a masterpiece.
You earned a sub. Great video 🙂
brad's list is the really bad movies while doug's list is all underrated movies except for 2 or 3

Sia must've took writting lessons from M Night. Music should've have a sister named Story!!!!!!!
So pups alone is basically home alone but with dogs
Eternals should have been a Disney+ show done in chronological order. Full stop.
They already did that. It was called the Inhumans.
The footage of the COVID killer looks like part of a parody of an episode. It actually would make a better always sunny bit than a movie.
You will never know the love for Doug's HAPPY WORLD LAND like we 90s bros do
I literally didn't even know Spiral was a film that existed until now...?
I'm not making a joke, I am just now learning this is a thing.
No matter, you can still watch the movie for the first time.
@@notsyzagts7967 after Brad's glowing recommendation?
I just might 😂
6:15 - 7:25 I'm surprised with both of them listing movies that interpret the Autism Spectrum, like I Am Sam, The Other Sister, or Rain Man, neither Doug or Brad mention 'What's Eating Gilbert Grape (1993)'.
Not to get into too much into religion here, but most Muslims, extremist or not, would be against killing their own religion’s prophet, which they consider Jesus to be. So it still doesn’t make sense.
So Rock Dog 2 is basically the Zack Attack episode of Saved by The Bell mixed with That Thing you Do! 🤔
I got stuck watching A Castle for Christmas with my parents over the holidays xD
Not the worst, but I'm not the audience for those movies
You two seriously should be in one of those movies like WRONG TURN. You have the perfect look to be the brothers in the cabin hunting teenagers and 70 year old former punk band members who take themselves way to serious
Tbh, I’d love to see Doug and Brad in a movie together.
I don't watch ur vids but I always come to these end of the year reviews and almost always agree
Same
This is a great video! Keep up the good work.
I'll never understand why Americans pronounce Aileen wrong. It's an Irish name. Eileen is a different name.
Sincerely: an Aileen.
Home Sweet Home Alone at least tried to do something different with it focusing on the "robbers". Honestly, I liked it more than the 3-5.
Yeah. I kind of don't get the hate it gets. Sure its way worse then the first two...and I feel kind of bad for the "robbers" here. But its a totally harmless movie that at least is shot nicely and has some really funny moments/traps. It was ok...would I have payed to see it in the cinema? Hell no, but I didn't have to because it was already in my Disney+ Subscription and as part of that it was totally fine for me.
Also was totally surprised seeing Aisling Bea. I normally know her from things like Taskmaster (UK) and her comedy specials.
That's where I am on it as well. I place it well above 3-5, though Malcolm McDowell makes 5 watchable to me. LOL
1-2 remain the best, of course. :)
Someone let Brad get out of the house!? 😁
VENOM :
LET THERE BE GARBAGE
Damn!
How'd Space Jam: A New Legacy
get a pass?😯
@9:10 Chaplin!
You have now officially had ten years of doing top 10 worst lists with someone else in the video.
Eternals was one of the worst movies I saw last year, the only reason I gave it a D and not an F is: the comedic lines were funny.
Snake Eyes, however, was the worst movie I saw last year, nothing about that movie was interesting in the slightest.
I'm shocked Doug thinks Home Alone 3 is the worse, that's a guilty pleasure for me.
Especially when talking about both Home Sweet Home Alone and Home Alone 4 I must admit that's a pretty ballsy thing to claim.
I actually enjoyed Home Alone 3; I actually consider the first one a Ferris Bueller rip-off, with a John Hughes "bingo card" thrown in.
Daniel Farands first movie job was as the writer of Halloween 666, a.k.a. Halloween Curse of Michael Myers.
Surely "Halloween Kills" can't be that bad?
whoever made Kitty Mammas must have watched Carnosaur then thought we can do this but do it much worse
Well, if nothing else, that Black Easter movie sounds friggin' HILARIOUS! I'll have to check it out.
I look forward to this every year
I didn't know I needed Doug's Happy World Land shirt until today 😁
The thing with Halloween Kills is the whole town against Michael can be a very cool idea, but it was done so haphazardly, that you start rooting for Michael Myers...except for a few people...
Right when I get into Cobra Kai it's mentioned everywhere and I love it!
Old was one of those films I feel so mixed on. Sometimes I'm enjoying it and sometimes I'm annoyed by it lol
I'm in the same boat as Doug. I didn't see many movies I didn't like in 2021. I don't think a single movie made me mad last year, which is a miracle.
I agree
"Home Alone 3 is the worst. Home Alone 4 is not offensive." uhhhhh okay I don't know what movie you saw Doug but as someone who doesn't like Home Alone 3 that much even I must say you're definitely in the minority here.
Inb4 next Christmas when both these guys come back from Turkey and have a full head of hair
Surprised Tom and Jerry (I recall Doug hating that movie) or Wonder Woman 1984 didn't make a list.
Same
WW 1984 was 2020
Well, these movies were made in 2021, so that would probably explain why he didn't do that 80's version of "Wonder Woman".
@@kittycatmeowmeow963 *2020
@@jlev1028 Still, that's not the year 2021
I didn’t like the new Matrix, fights were really phoned in and story too. I would say though that I think most people would hate it even more if it was the movie Doug was hoping for xD haha he doesn’t like the first movie, so that’s what I base my guess on
Halloween kills was honestly so terrible that it was entertainingly hilarious at most points. Unlike... All of the other Halloween movies not including 2018 which were a buncha boring snoozfests to sit through...
"Better Watch Out" already ran with 'Home Alone but the kid's a psycho'. Definitely recommend as a Christmas movie for people who hate christmas.
Awesome film.
A girl named Music did Shamylan get his hands on it seriously? Lady in the water movie girl named Story an ancient race called a Narf making a reference to Doug's review of Lady in the Water of course.
I haven’t seen many films but my worst films would include Coming 2 America, The Protege, Tom & Jerry Movie, and Snake Eyes. And if made for TV movies count, I’d include “Christmas Again?!”
As a member of the Autism Community… we should burn Music to the ground. I never liked Sia in the first place so I’m happy.

@@mkaylor121 ah! Well, hopefully I saved you the trouble in watching them.
Music needs to be higher.
It’s definitely my number one of the year and now all time number one worst movie I’ve ever seen.
My Top 10 Worst Movies of 2021:
1. After We Fell (2021)
2. He's All That (2021)
3. Aileen Wuornos: American Boogeywoman (2021)

48:55 Omg, please do a review with Lloyd with this movie!😺
Doug, all you had to say was, "Cary Elwes," and I was sold.
(I was thinking of having a Christmas redo on the 25th because actual Christmas kinda sucked, so this'll have to be my Christmas rom-com for that)
Kitty mammas is like junior in that it has no right being as dull as dishwater.
Doug and Brad talking about the bad movies of 2021? Cool!
Halloween Kills is NOT the worst Halloween movie, but it is a disappointing follow-up.
I don't think it will ever get worse than Halloween 6.
@@doctabaldhead Oh God. When I hear people say Halloween Kills is terrible, I'm like, "No. I've seen terrible Halloween films. This is definitely not as bad as that."
Old - Great Concept, terrible script, terrible line delivery
What Nooooooo
My worst movie of 2021 is Monster Hunter, it feels like the writers wanted to make a war movie but we’re forced to put in the Monster Hunter IP in, but even if you ignore that this movie’s boring and unmemorable
I hate the venom movies they are utter garbage
I personally don't agree with the lists, at least the first few mentioned, but it's still entertaining to listen to these guys descriptions and reactions. I look for to these lists
Let's get theses Rotten Apples outta the way for good.
I agree with NC on Eternals. I love comic book movies. The movie lost me at the title crawl.
you know what's shit about Eternals? You can't find a single clip of the 'Run' scene Doug talked about. They know how bad it was and it shows
