Ice element 2 + xatas wisper makes some insane calculations and multiplies all weapon damage to the multiplier of your damage deflection.
It works with Mesa too, with Xatas Wisper, her deflection gets the same effect

Hard to compare the old and new Chroma because the damage and mitigation system has changed so much with the introduction of new mods and arcanes etc.

Have you tried adding the new Arcane Molt Augmented ? It pushes his power strength even more
Lets hope the focus rework doesn't affect these builds
I do use Chroma Prime now with Nourish and Energy Conversion. My favorite element is Fire, I know that ice is better. Do you have any thoughts about this?

Wish there were more use for effigy... I never understood how to make that ability good. Spectral scream is also very meh... I hope DE will change / rework those abilities and not just in term of stats.

Ever since I subsumed Gloom and replaced Spectral Scream, I can’t change my element wards alignment. Even with the right colors it still uses toxin instead. Is this a hotfix?
Well, tou changed skill that allows him to change elementy, it has been like that since rework, you can change Energy color to one that matches the element, and you will start with one you want

Like you suggested, they could add another item for the Helminth that you can use to stop the refresh on your Invigoration. So if you get an Invigoration build you like on a Warframe, you can pay the item in question to stop the refresh for a time, but you have to keep getting it to stop the refresh. The downside of this being that it will not open new Invigorations until you let it naturally refresh (which you can do by just not spending that item on the Helminth). They can even add a reason for it, like it empowers the Helminth, allowing it to keep that Invigoration going, where as without it, it weakens to the point it has to let it go from your Warframe and letting it go resets the ability.
Doesn't gloom need rang though also won't growing power not work if you're 1 shotting everything?
Gloom is only there for life steal not slow

To switch polarities of the slots. Also, polarity swapping (rearranging polarity slots) wasn't always a thing, and the only way you could do something like that was to re-forma it

Kuva bramma. its from killing a kuva lich which takes a few hours of grinding and rng
I think the recast of the vex armor is one of the must importanta buffs of chroma, with that you dont have to worry to much of durantion at all and, of course, you can keep the buffs all time, so you dont have to worry to recast after the time is down in front a high level bombard.
What i think it miss and I think most of the chroma player wants since day 1, is the fourth skill. I think you turn your self in a winged dragon frame is a better theme for our dragon frame. And how the game works, the ia of that sentinel...dont work very good

I remember getting chroma and being so disappointed I couldn't fly around in dragon mode. AND THEN THEY RELEASED TITANIA WITH THE EXACT ABILITY I WANTED FOR CHROMA
I like the balanced Chroma better I run ice chroma no helmenth mods with bubonico,and zenistar or xoris and switch mid fight to electricity for 10times damage multipler reflect shocking

Yeah I forgot to even remove arcane grace lol. That should be arcane avenger on the slot.

why would u need gloom on chroma
Heal health. Sometimes I take out arcane grace on the arcane slot and use melee like arcane strike, or even arcane avenger if I feel the need of red crit.
Yeah grinding Chrome was bad, but not as bad as Equinox.

Why are you using so much forma ? There is only ten slots why did you use sixteen

I just wished they kept any form of self dmg in the game so that I can use chroma more reliably outside of endurance, especially tridolons. i find myself lacking a reason to play him cause of it but I like his rework.

You have mentioned it in every video you made for chroma since it happened. Just focus on what he can do and stop lamenting what he can’t.
Also dispensary is much better than gloom for chroma.

Dispensary with equilibrium, synth pet, his armor and adaptation and ice makes him unkillable. You are always getting big HP from dispensary and you can go farther with a Nikana with Daikyu mod. You always have over shields with just 2 pistol auger mods every time you cast any of his abilities because of blind rage.
Here is my complete set up…
Dispensary ice Chroma- combat discipline, primed sure footed, 3 umbra mods, adaptation, narrow minded, blind rage, transient fortitude, equilibrium. Arcane energize and arcane nullify or strike depending on what I’m doing. This build will need 3 umbra forma but it worth it. He is the only frame I have that has all 3.
Daikyu, Nikana prime or Zaw, (built for light and heavy attacks) any big damage or priming secondary with 2 auger mods, synth panzer.
If you want to use other primaries just make sure you have a fast healing return melee.
I never have any issues with this in steel path or anywhere.
I build my Daikyu for eidolon fights so it works even there. I just kill a few Greneer on my way to eidolon.
I expect credit on the next chroma vid which won’t talk about his nerf anymore. Joking😉😂
