@@uncleraymond your very welcome. Do you mind if I ask what camera you were using for your running footage outside. It looked really good. Very nice 👍🏼
@@thischildishlifestyle hey... i use the Insta360 GO 2. You can still find it here amzn.to/3wshGxk. There is now a GO 3, which is newer and slightly more expensive here amzn.to/3SSJZfJ.
A regular painters brush or a toothbrush to do cleaning of the rc makes removing dirt & grime way easier. Also do avoid keeping the batteries in it for longer then a day as there is a thing called parasitic draw which on some rc's can actually destroy batteries like lipo packs or lithium ion batteries. Also do avoid using strong solvents on rubber, & plastics. As they can actually dull & yellow the lexan which the bodyshell is made of on the mini-z buggy. Some solvents also dissolves certain plastics like pvc or dries up the rubber on the tires. Any cleaning solution that is safe for wood or rubber is in general what you'd want to limit yourself too. Regular soap or hand dishwashing soap is usually all you need besides maybe compressed air or a vaccuum cleaner pulled along some edges & your regular bearing oil for any exposed bearings which you have in the hubs i believe. Some plain hot water & microfiber towel for the bodyshell is what i use & sometimes in the rims as well. And even something like baking soda mixed into some hot water works well with a toothbrush to scrub with dedicated to cleaning any muck off the tires & wheels along with some crevices of the chassis. Keep in mind any plastics that has a chrome effect will actually get eaten by the baking soda so only use it on the rubber tires as well unless you got some ratty wheels you don't care about if they get destroyed by the baking soda.
Nicely done 👍🏼
Thank you for your kind comment!

Thank you brother for the comprehensive note! I appreciate it and will keep your advice in mind for the next cleaning!
I really wish they made these sealed better against the elements. The drivetrain on mine is constantly getting filled with dirt so it's almost useless
Oh yes, you'd have to disassemble and clean it especially if you run it the way I do. But I must say it's still pretty tough so far!
