INGREDIENTS :
For the salad:
450 gr of lentils
1 red onion
1 carrot
1 can of corn
2 tomatoes or 250 g cherry tomato
For the vinaigrette:
Oil
Balsamic vinegar
Grain or common mustard
Honey
Juice of half a lemon
Salt
TIME: 5 minutes
