Wouldn't even pass visual inspection. There's so much undercut on the last cap pass, which he wouldn't even need to do if he didn't grind the hell out of it, which would also fail you at most places, since they typically only let you grind the root to feather, and the rest will be wire wheel only. The probable porosity and slag inclusion from pure chipping and not any brushing could potentially crack it during a test. That's assuming that they even let you go to bend it. But given that no country with safety standards uses Arabic even as a third language, it would probably be fine even if it did crack.

The world look good but there's one thing I know that heats up too high something's off because on a pretty Chevy 18 weld your flux should curl up behind and come off by itself as your welding

First of all he did not clean off the mill scale which would cause porosity also didn’t clean off slag after his root and proceeded to fill it in 😮 Cleaner metal equals better bond and prevents cracking

Aku cewek tapi hobi ngelas..waktu SMK jurusan ku disana .karna salah jurusan 😂.jdi masih Taulah sedikit teknik nya walaupun sekarang sudah jadi pekerja kantoran
Thanks good job bro🎉🎉
Bom video só faltou mostrar a voltagem e amperagem a usar
The world look good but there's one thing I know that heats up too high something's off because on a pretty Chevy 18 weld your flux should curl up behind and come off by itself as your welding
Luar biasa mantab penjelasannya sobat👍👍👍
My sadistic weld instructor had us use 6010 for our certification welds. While the day class got to use 7018. He told us we’d thank him when it came time to get a job because we’d be better welders than the 7018 guys.
Your video very benefit with me
I found out today that double tapping on a comment will like the comment
First of all he did not clean off the mill scale which would cause porosity also didn’t clean off slag after his root and proceeded to fill it in 😮
Cleaner metal equals better bond and prevents cracking
Terima kasi bnyak titorial las 2g nya sir👍👍👍🤝🇮🇩
Great lesson master😊
Gambar pertama anda menerangkan proses pengelasan maju mundur....
Mantap....matur suwun ilmunya
Hello sir ❤️ have a great day
Quais amperagem?
Passe 1
Passe 2
Passe 3 e por diante? Agente que tá aprendendo quer saber o detalhes . Grande trabalho aí 🎉 parabéns.
1 74 Ampere
2 90 Ampere y
3 115-120 Ampere
In a nuclear power plant welding test. A grinder is only allowed when cleaning mill scale on your test plates.
Lovely Root weld! well done, but please never clean slag off with cutting disk ! just chip it off with chipping hammer, bad practice really, regards.
I was taught to grind the bevel first at least 1-2mm to create root face so it would be easier for root pass.
when i was at collage back in the 70s my teacher was straight to the point he would have said load of cat shit
A little more juice for good fusion, slag and crevice burnout, and use multiple stringer beads instead of weaving the fill.
No undercut
No porosity
No slag inclusion
No tungsten inclusion
No over spatter
No arc strike
Good penetration
Perfect...
tebalkan skit root face agar penetration tak mudah koyak dan menghasilkan under cut
Why are you not showing your current?
Undercut top edge. Wouldn't pass UK ASME test. No grinders on a lot of tests. That was a "I'm making sure I get full pen" kind of root run.
This welding peace I love this work.
Pngelasan terakhir amper nya naikin lagi tambah 5 atau 7.. Mkan hasilnya akan lebih halus
Hello 🤩 thanks 😍....but just a question,why 6013 for the roots?
Info yg bermanfaat sekali kawanku 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Mantap bos ku menambah wawasan dan ilmu
Very good first singal run than secand run full ege welding weld run 100%ok ,no problem and defect
Ur work is appreciable bt if u took the plat flat it will be more stonger and easier to weld it.
This is a dumb comment please think about what u said
Very nice finished weld. Why no backing for the root pass? Although I never used it, they make a tape you can use for this. The root gap also seemed a bit excessive but I am not certain. I design heavy steel structures and refer to AWS D1.1 for preapproved welds for guidance. Anyhow, nice looking weld.
this is open root that's why there's no backing
Very nice job sir
Can i ask what Amper is that sir? Thank you so much .. penetration and final copping is same amper sir? Please answer my question thank you so much sir
Probably a36 x 3/8 in thk plates.. cellulous root and lo hi capping rods... nice strings.. we use 6010/7016 combo here.. 🙏🙏🙏
Mantap om 😁 tetap semangat 💪😊
