    You are right on, AnnaLynne. I like that idea of introducing yourself to yourself. When I find that person, I'm going to try it. I was first diagnosed with borderline and my therapist thinks and so do I that one of my parts does have borderline. I was diagnosed with DID about 2.5 years ago and currently do 5.5 hrs of therapy a week. It is very hard, you are right on about that. I am a research nut too, always have been. I'm 62 years old. Thank you for all your insight.

      Honest question, how do you get 5 hours of therapy per week? I feel like I need more but I can't afford it and would feel crazy for even asking for more therapy. I currently do 1 hr per week. I think I may have D.I.D., we've been focusing on my dissociation in therapy.

    „I am absolutely uninterested in shame“. As a fellow sufferer of mental health issues, I can‘t explain how healing it is to hear that.
