(It really struck me that while he was pushing a carnivore direction, and while the two of you agreed on liver, you pushed back about vegetables, and your own story proves your point.) Lately I have been listening to a lot of Dr. Cate Shanahan's podcasts (great stuff, and well worth listening to), but when I saw your name on a suggested podcast, I decided to check it out - and was not disappointed. My conclusion at this point is you have to try to maximize the nutrition to the body, and minimize the toxins.
