    I left out that I do preheat my dutch ovens for 30 minutes proper to baking, but that is optional. Also, make sure you filtered water to feed your starter! Doest need to be filtered to make the dough though and use a wooden spoon, rubber spatula or true stainles steel to mix up your starter. Same goes for a bowl in regards to the metal, any bowl will do but if its metal go for stainless steel. If you try Pantry Mamas recipe and you loved it be sure to let her know!☺️🧡
    Another time I will be posting a longer video so I can take people through different pointers I’ve learned along my sourodough journey and a more in depth look at this process for those that need a more detailed look at it.

    How many hours do you cold ferment in the fridge? Also, whats the size of your dutch ovens? 5qt or 7 qt? 🎉

    What kind of flour do you use?

      I use Gold Medal. It is best for us right now, cost wise but if you want to use an unbleached flour I reccomend using King Arthur or Bobs Red Mill those are some of my favorites but they are more expensive.☺️
