Check out my rotator cuff anatomy video which covers all the rotator cuff muscles. The infraspinatus, supraspinatus, subscapularis, and teres minor. Here's the link: ua-cam.com/video/XnQN6ikBspQ/v-deo.html
I have a dislocation stereoclavistaca left side I have a protrusion sternum left side no one seems to be able to give me any relief from the collar bone popping in and out of place what do you recommend
Strengthening the muscles that attach to your clavicle would likely reduce the chance of it dislocating (depending on the cause of the issue). I'd speak with a physiotherapist with regards to selecting the best exercises for this (and for an evaluation), you'd need to challenge the muscles to trigger them to grow, so it's important to progressively overload the difficulty of the exercises with more and more resistance but also to choose exercises that do not have a risk of dislocation while performing them. I'd recommend seeing a physiotherapist that is more specialised in working with sports people or who is into lifting weights themselves at the very least. Those ones tend to be better with the strengthening and muscle development side of things.

These videos are immensely useful for learning artistic anatomy, too! I appreciate the hard work you've put into each and every one of them. :)
Thank you!! These videos are helping me with PTA school, greatly appreciated!
That made a lot of sense to me. Currently dealing with a torn supraspinatos tendon, at present, courtesy of a fall from a ladder 20mths ago.
Glad to hear this was helpful for you. Sorry to hear about the injury. I hope your road to recovery is going well 👍
Thanks ❤
Thank you.
You're welcome! Thanks for watching
