Alexi himself said he started singing not because he had an amazing voice but because no one else was there to do it so he just did it himself. also, a suggestion, his style of singing is not really about the words but more about the rythm he makes with the screams, most of the times what he says is just unintelligible. anyways, good luck with it, I'll definately check it!!
I agree, I would like to play and pratice only guitar, but for the album I'm recording currently, I know no one who can play/work the songs in drum and synth. So I have to work all instruments, and that take more time. But don't worry, I improve both (instruments technique and audio mixing) skills since that video (2 years old), and the next videos will be more clean ^^.
