Love your videos! I’d really like to understand more about your reasoning is when you say (“how can I even play this specialist”), I’ve read the starting specialist ranking on your website, but still feel I’m lacking all the things which combine in picking a particular starting card.
At the end of this video you say that Teching the Melting points is probably what lost you the game. Can you explain your reasoning behind that, please? Maybe because I didn't watch it through in one sitting I missed that.
i tried to make the meltrs work on my board, should have just kept one without techs for the wraith and use the rest of the money to build a better counter, for example an earlier war factory
If you are bored, try banking all money on turn 2, buy warmachine unlock. Into turn 3 warmachine. Usually end up skipping a card n get reduced upkeep same turn. Do same thing but on turn 3 into 4with elite. Its p funny imo.

I think it was more about the starting units that came with them. Practically no chaff.

What do you mean at 16:35 when you say about denying giant? You unlocking units somehow affects the pool?
*speculation* -> the card drops are only units not unlocked by players yet
if a player has a unit unlocked or has taken a tech card like "improved unit" then that unit cannot be in the free drops.

Unlocking a unit removes it from the free unit pool
