Stephen, Is there a rear bump stop for the Express Van? I cannot find it on my van. Thanks

yes, there would be one on each side. I have a video where I installed a lift kit on this van and at some point I think I show them

@@SteveRivettwell I googled the part number for the rear bumper stop and I found there is nothing. I have a 2094 chevy express 2500 cargo van. I will check your video. Do you know the location on your van,? Thanks

Cool. You an engineer? I think I'm seeing the ring of power.
Also, my bump-stops aren't as blown as yours. But the LCA is pretty much lightly touching the bumper at default height. Is that normal? Or have my springs sagged?

Yes, I am an Electrical Engineer. The measurement you need to look at is the wheel centre to fender wheel arch.
-9000# 2004 Chevy Express 3500 Roadtrek Popular 190 conversion with factory suspension and 100,000 miles: 19" from the centre of the hub to the wheel arch up front and 21" to the wheel arch on the rear axle.
-Brand new 2019: 155" 3500 6.0 with no rear interior and the centre wheel hub to fender height was 20-3/4" up front and 23" out back.

Those are plastic wheels on a 3.5 ton jack? That isn't good.

I think it will be OK unless it is super cold out. If they fail I'll replace them or have a machine shop make new ones out of a different material. If you look at older photos of these jacks they changed the material of the wheels early in their production...I assume they are reinforced with glass strands so they don't shatter.

Surely they allowed the jack to sag and rest all the way on the ground. At least I hope they do!
