高筋面粉 bread flour 300g / 2,1/8cup
细砂糖 sugar 2.5g / 1tsp
盐 salt 2.5g / 1/2tsp
即溶酵母 instant yeast 2.5g / 3/4tsp
清水 water 230ml+-
橄榄油 olive oil 20ml+-

You did have to knead the bread anyway! It proves that some breads don't have to be kneaded as much. Your photography is spot on!!

That is not kind of kneading. Fold and press gently to smooth out the dough, keep air buble inside the dough as much as possible. This is one of no_kneading technique

@@HuyenNguyen-vz9on dạ,em cũng thử nhiều ct làm bánh mì lắm chị ạ.Thất bại nhiều hoặc sau khi nướng bị nặng mùi men,nhưng bánh bạn này làm ko hề có mùi men,dùng men rất ít,nhưng khi nướng bánh nở phồng to,giòn,ngon lắm ạ.Sau khi ủ bột xong chị thấy dough bị ướt cũng đừng hoảng,dùng nhiều bột áo 1 chút để dàn bột là okie chị nhé.C có thể thử ít hơn 10gr nước so vs ct.
Thuy Anna ôi chuẩn luôn em ạ. Bánh c làm cg vậy, mùi men ghê luôn. Xong là fai căn nhiệt 500 độ F, còn fai đặt 1 khay nước sôi trong lò, xong lại fai canh time để mở lò xịt nước cho bánh khỏi khô. Nhìn chg kỳ công vô cùng luôn. Mà nướng xong bánh giòn nhưng mà cái vỏ nó dầy lắm chứ ko mỏng như ở nhà. Cho c hỏi c nhìn thấy bạn ấy phết nhiều dầu olive lắm, em nướng xong thấy có nhiều dầu ra tay ko? C đoán cho dầu vào là thay cho bước xịt nước lên mặt bánh và xịt nc trong lò cho ẩm, bánh ko bị khô

Just made this! Turned out great!!! Crispy outsides, springy insides!!
How it turned great all the ingredients measurements are wrong , when I used one cup of water wasn’t enough so I have to use another cup and the flour measurement is wrong too 300g is 1 3/4 cup not 2 1/8

Good recipe....instead of sugar I used about a half teaspoon of honey and melted that in warm water. I had no olive oil and no brush, so used a spray bottle with vegetable oil instead.
Didn’t get 6 large bread rolls, but 6 small to medium rolls. Crunchy on the outside and light as anything.

Hi, grams is based on weight and teaspoon is based on volume.
The density and volume of each ingredient will be different in different countries, if there are discrepancies, the grams shall prevail

I also did this recipe without dividing it just put in a bread pan than put another on top like a Dutch oven with metal clips it came out great just bigger loaf. I used all purpose flour just sift it good thru sifter and all I had was active yeast and came out great!

That looks amazing, just thought it was weird how you let it proof for only 2 hours and it rose so much with that little yeast, must be very very warm there
No need to worry,I baked them 5 times and the dough always doubles in size with the cold water and a little amount of instant yeast..
Besides a little yeast goes a long way

Made it today and they are great!!! I reduced the portion to 1/3... haha. I am new in baking and oven. My parents said it’s ok too! But don’t know why when the bread cooled down (30mins after freshly baked), the surface not crunchy any more🧐 or I need to spread more oil on the surface? I just swiped a super small amount of oil.

@@puiyingliu514 你好,麵團很濕會黏是正常的,你仔細看Apron整型之後切開的麵團裡面其實是很溼黏的。整型的重點在於把濕的部份往裡面折疊,手沾乾粉,面板上多撒些乾粉,麵團上也要撒乾粉,外面不黏手即可,千萬不要用揉的,會越弄越黏手。

.....fiquei apaixonado deste pão porem ficou pequeno e pouco macio, então verificando o video vc´s não falaram que depois formar os pãozinhos e antes de por eles na bandeja para ir ao forno, tinha que ter um repouso de ? minutos, além de que achei que a quantidade de fermento 2,5 grms para 300 grms. de farinha , não e´ muito pouco? eu sou amador porem gostei muito do tipo de pão....parabens
