Peanut Brownie Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
250 grams of butter
2 cups of sugar
2 eggs
3 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
A pinch of salt
4 tablespoons of cocoa
1.5 cups of roasted peanuts
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Method
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius
2. Melt butter, then add sugar and then eggs
3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
4. Roll dough into balls, then flatten with the palm of your hand
5. Bake for 12-15 mins.
Yields 40 cookies
