Sorry not getting back with you sooner but they actually came with the bike with a promo code that I used I can't remember what the promo code was though it was from one of the UA-cam videos demoing bike
A couple things, the bags were free only if you used a code from a couple of different video's, and later in the game the codes no longer worked, so they were not automatically free, so for the people that didn't get some with their bike, don't feel cheated, they were not included with the price of the bike, only if you got a code for them. The bags do work fine if mounted correctly, I can see yours are too far foward. On the top of the rack where the material sits, the very back of the material should be roughly an inch past the rear bar of the rack, so when tightening the straps leave the front ones loose enough so that the rear straps can pull the bags back far enough, which will then make all 4 nice and tight and the bags will be far enough back so your feet won't hit them. The same goes with the side straps underneith, tighten them around the bars so they pull back on the bags a little. Just a footnote: It's hard to tell but I think yours are facing the correct way, the way I have mine set up is the end of the bags that has the straps centered in the strip of material that rides up on the rack is the front, and the part that goes towards the back of the bike has the 2 straps more underneith and off to the sides, and then there is also 2 velcro side straps underneith. So it looks like yours is on facing the right way, (but hard to see for sure) it just needs adustments to pull it back further, Lectric has a video showing how to put them on ,which shows how the buckles work, which is helpful ,though i think there is an error or 2 otherwise in their install video. Good luck, once you get them right they will work fine.

I had the same problem with my heels hitting the bags, so I had to mount the bag as far back on the rack as I could.
Other than that I think they're pretty good bags.
Did that work for you? Moving them back?
@@MrCopTom Yeah, it has for the most part, although I haven't used them a much so I have decided to remove them and only install them if I have need.
Did you find a good way to mount the panders?
I did not. I just have a trunk bag on there now. If I do mount the bags again I will try to share it.

Do not leave that second key hanging for the bottom big risk of it coming off .
