You can find homes in The Villages from under $200K to $1M+ -- so there's a home for almost anyone's budget. Also, presently there are almost 500 (485?) homes available for sale so there are plenty to check out if you're interested. I know I will...when it's time for me to buy. :-) -- BR
@@susieinthesouth1931 I wouldn't care if the laundry was in the garage as I wouldn't be using it often anyway. But if I HAD to use it often and the heat bothered me (I've lived in places with the same heat/humidity before) then I could always put one of those "mini split" AC units in the garage -- no big deal. And given LOTS of homes in The Villages (TV) have their W/D in the garage I'd expect that, so it wouldn't be a deal-breaker (for me) if all/most of my needs/wants boxes were checked. I mean really, what's REALLY important? Where the W/D is or is there enough room to park my car/golf-car (if it's a 1.5 or 2-car garage)? I'd say the golf-car is -- I'd be constantly gone driving about TV and so wouldn't be home doing laundry anyway. Until I HAD to. ;-) -- BR

Nice homes for the price. Good video. It's always nice to have both a shower and a tub. Under $300,00 and no bond is a nice feature.

Hard to compare newer homes to these.
Popcorn ceilings, etc. Look quite dated.
Prices will come down more….

Not unusual in the south. My first home (In GA), the laundry was in the garage. It kept from heating up the house.

Just a suggestion....for homes more than 12 or 13 years old, in addition to the status of the A/C, I would mention if the roof has been replaced.
