Yes very nice with the walls in the backyard for privacy. Veranda & courtyard villas ❤thank you aloha ❤😊 bond in this area? Taxes? Higher than Sumter County?
Good video. Thank you for making it. I love the Village of Richmond. Very pretty, great location. One thing I'm not fond of is all the green boxes and tubes on the lawns. It's very unsightly. I think this may be electric boxes, not sure but it's too bad they can't be underground or hidden somehow. Thanks again for your videos.
Would have thought they were all gone. I know there was a lottery for homes over a week ago. I like the veranda homes but fear getting someone with dogs left right & behind me. Also at the end of the block behind the wall is a trailer park.
That boring drive part of the video is enough to turn me off. Then once you turned into the actual new area I see the 10 mph speed limit. Are they crazy?
Thanks, Great quick update. I saw the notification on the Villages website as well. I do wonder why people don't just go for resales, as there are so many on the market? As a teen, my parents bought a resale in Naples and at that time (ancient history.. lol ) it avoided a year wait for construction

What material is used to construct these homes
@@loisnewland2889 concrete
Why is there a cement wall around part of the yard instead of just a fence all the way around??
@@AnitaHead- it's a outside wallprotcting from.the street
What are they selling for?
@suzannereeves7768 i look3d on villages website, i couldn't find pricing
Fluorescent lighting went the way of the candle. LED IS THE NEW WAY TO LIGHT YOUR HOME!
Thank u maybe they are LED, im.not sure
Moultrie Creek/Shady Brook are the best location due to their proximity (minutes) from Eastport-Middleton-Sawgrass.
Ok
😅
Disagree. The traffic going to and from Middleton and Eastport will be insane
Pricing??
A few units sold, most units not yet listed
Are they the old visitor home?Are they the ones you used to rent for a visit if thinking of buying?
No, i don't think they are

I agree
I would love to see the backyards.
Thank u
The HOA fees are insane.
Not too bad
We stayed in the villages of Hillsbough and it was not too far from Brownwood❤ I was hoping you could go inside😊
The villages would yell at me if I did
Yes, very curious if they have "acoustic textured ceilings"! 😃
@rmkofmd1398 🤣🤣
Why Not Take a Look Inside???. Afraid Of What Exactly??
@patmcintyre8510 villages attorney will send me a trespassing letter
Either Richmond or Deluna best locations!
Thank u😊
To close to the street!
Thanks
What are the property taxes and bond $$ like there?
Good rule of thumb are bonds are approx 10% of sales price
