Jetal Solanki As per my understanding steristeam will steam the floor .mop n vac does vaccum and mop at one go.for steam u have to clean house before using that.

They have partnered with Bissell. This is just a rebranded Bissell Crosswave . You can check those reviews as well. Only con is that it leaves edges given roller isn't edge to edge. The cleaning mechanism is very hygenic given it only uses clean water. Love it!

Thanks for the review! Just wanted to know if you get an extra roller brush with the Mop n Vac. If they don't provide, do you know if we can purchase it later on? Also, How do you clean the existing brush that comes with the machine?
Another question, I read in another comment that you do not put Disinfectant in the water for the mp feature. In that case, are you cleaning your house with plain water or are you using another technique to disinfect the floor?

P yes ,we can order and they will deliver it .through channel or eureka Forbes online site.their is auto cleaning system for brush cleaning . They will provide one tray that I mention in video and pour some water on the tray and run the machine .
P I put disinfectant given by the company .as per the demo person we can put any disinfatant but it’s not mention any where and I also didn’t try.

Yes..it is little sticky and can see foot marks on the certified tiles
I have placed an order 10 days back..the website is not tracking it, customer call centers in mumbai dont answer, other customer care numbers have no idea about the status of the order...email sent to the company go unreplied...however everything was fine till accepting the order on the website of eureka...everything works fine till such as accepting payment.. post that no response...god knows what customer service can they provide

Could you please provide your opinion for my following questions.
1) Whether the product would be easy to use in a 4bhk house with a big drawing room(How many times would i need to clean the dirty water tank)
2) How does it compare to the traditional broom and mop in terms of cleanliness(like corners and under sofa/bed)
3)I currently have a traditional broom and a spray mop. Currently i need a replacement for the daily broom to reduce bending downwards.
Should i go for this or consider a separate cordless tall dry cleaner

1)it will take more time to clean 4 bhk house and one time need to clear tank in between.
2)quality of cleaning is better than traditional ghadi and mop also with jhadu and mop u need to take two round of the house for cleaning.it will clean till it goes ..if it can go under sofa it will clean that part.
3)u can consider this and call them for demo and chek how it works in your house.

This is worst product from Eureka Forbes. In few months roller got damaged and the spares are expensive and we couldn't get spares on time. Sales executives say that there is warranty and guarantee to that product. Once they sold the product then they will not listen customer's complaint.

Even by mistake, do not buy. You won't get the spare consummables. Roller brush and filter goes bad in 3-4 months. And that's it. You won't get it. Pathetic company.

This is a cheap Chinese knockoff of Bissell Crosswave. Do not buy. Eureka Forbes is a shady company. If you want the real thing, go for Bissell Crosswave. It will last for decades. I have a Hoover Floormate, 11 years old and still going strong.

Hello...I used it today and was quite impressed... I cleaned my kitchen which was very messy.. then 4 bedrooms.. finally when I was coming to living room I could see dirty water pooling under the machine...also it wasn't cleaning properly.. with every swipe it was leaving dirty water on floor...and sometimes in between tiles it hits the gap. . I don't know how to explain.. maybe flooring iS uneven I don't know...it gives a different sound.. a deeper one.. we switch it off then start again it's fine..have you faced this??? Can u help me??
If u r getting different sound it means u have to empty the dirty water which is full.there is mark also written there.since u have a big house so u have to empty ur dirty water container in between ur cleaning .

Does it cleans corners or joints/junctions of floor and walls?
As video shows body (roller cover) of the Mop n Vac is ahead of roller. Roller may not reach up to joints.

Hi Krupa, It takes 35-40 mins in my home (3 bhk). Yes definitely it will clean all dust from the floor as well mop .This machine can pick grains,curry leaves, pieces of biscuits,coriander leaves, potatoes peels ,chilies etc.i am using it daily and it is good replacement of maid for cleaning.Yes it saves our time and energy ...if maid is doing then also we have to wait her to complete work and if we does with this mop n vac then its not very tiring.
