I have this product since 4 years.. draw back is poor Eureka service. My turn off button got blown out and still waiting for parts. I have eureka vaccum this model from upgrade of their previous box type model. All I can say I good phone customer service but poor service from salem. For such a high end priced, if u don't get replacement materials then how to accept this service. Only Marketting is excellent. This is true review out of my experience. Naren.

Since the suction and the blower are on same side it's not good as the blower blows the dust befor the suction sucks in and makes the place still messy

Its about 1.5 weeks gone after my 6th complaint. Still no one came for service. Still 5 months remaing to end warranty. Under warranty period no service at all means what is their response after the warranty period. Just a company set up to loot peoples money. Here also the company agreed to resolve my issue. Only paper agreement had taking place. No service in reality

If you plug the hose in the upper hole it will blow the air out , and the lower hole will suck the air in ( vacuum)

1.In product itself.
2.In your sales team.
In India there is poor consumer protection law. If these happened abroad they would have resolved it within 24 hrs. N replace the machine

I think its only best for old age people not for all. Its not so effective for daily cleaning, it is taking much time and awareness to perform the daily routine (like sweeping, web removing etc). Most of the future and parts are only for name sake, if you try use it with full speed (in blower),then it will comes out from the main fittings. If you use moderate speed then it will lot blow out the dust at all. In Nutshell, i personally feel this Machine is costly for this performance.
PROS:
1) SURE ITS SO GOOD FOR OLD AGE PEOPLE TO PERFORM THE ORDINARY DAILY CHORES WITH LITTLE EFFORT, BUT TAKES TIME AND ACCURACY IN HANDLING
2) WET CLEANING ULTIMATE

Wet cleaning doesn't work properly, water squeeze is hard and doesn't touch the floor, we need to move to and fro several times to suck water.
Brand name status is best but Jalgaon Maharashtra office experience is worst, after seeing add on FB I booked demo sales person dipchand Chordia given demo. I booked euroclean wdx2 vacume cleaner. Sales person dipchand Chordia along with his senior Mr samadhan given faulty product, at time of unboxing I told to both of them to replace product but they said one year warranty is there. As soon as they go I just want to use machine but clips not fitted properly bcz of faulty product. I did phone call to sales person dipchand Chordia his way of talking totally changed n not good. I requested to replace product he and his senior directly denied. Also denied for refund. As this bad experience came at the time of purchase then how can I expect good service after sale. That is why launched complaint for refund. Till waiting for phone call from customers care.
