They are very nice n communicative till the booking,once payment is done..It's lost..Mop is hopeless,only dry is good.
After cleaning,dirty water drops here n there..
Very good demonstration ..because of music ..that mans voice is not audible..but your voice is clear..so everything became clear...

Bought this product , really suuuuper.i used just few drops of dettol ,floor was ultra clean . ofcourse it will not reach under sofa but it's okay because it does 97 percent cleaning good.big plus is in single go sweeping and mopping done big substitute for maid during this lockdown.worth buying for big houses.iam giving this review after using for a month.
One more plus is we can clean the restroom floor tiles also,so we r very much impressed with this additional benefit.

Hi. Useful video. Does it have hot water mopping option?
No ,not any hot water option.
But its suction and mop brush is too good and strong which removes and cleans all the dirt.
Also the disinfectant provided along with the unit is also effective.
Madam please promote the product after checking there credibility.... they don’t provide any after sales support.... you can check there Facebook page for more details they have just outsourced the after sales to third party which they don’t have any role .....
Hmm not true Mr. Varghese. I have been using Eureka Forbes water filter as well as vacuum cleaner for last 20 years , but have never faced issues with servicing . Phone call to customer care takes care of issues. BTW I live in Hyderabad and I guess this video was made in Bangalore. Guess their service in major cities is good. Regarding the product , I would prefer to buy a Dyson model over this, though they are pricy
Can we use this vaccume cleaner only for dry vaccume if you dont press the spray button?
Yes.
Only dry vaccum can be used.dont use water jar .
So if by mistake u press button too it won't come.

No ....its heavy and only for carpets, flooring and mopping
This won't go under low beds or sofas. Sound is really loud. Doesn't really save time....at this price point, better to buy a Robotic Vacuum Cleaner,which will do the cleaning on it's own.
Demo on plain vetrified tiles would have been better, so that one can see the efficiency of cleaning a complete space, especially cleaning of floor to wall sides & corners

Product seems good..but too noisy
Bit heavy
Good review of a not so good product. We purchased it 20 days back and it has stopped working within 15 days. Service request no 2017723008 was lodged on 30 Aug which was unilaterally closed by Eureka Forbes without attending. Now lodged another complaint and will wait for response. Cleaning and mopping is excellent but it is heavy and noisy. Service backup is very disappointing.

Yes I agree it is noisy and little heavy to operate.
But for me its a great support system now.
Now i am habitual of wight and noise so doesn't bother.
When see the house cleaning with out bending or messing your hand in water.then actual value came to know.
Its so powerful that even the smallest dust particle from floor and from my carpets.
I found post sales also good in my case

The complaint was attended and product is working fine.
Its super annoying video.. this background music is so disturbing.. voice of salesman is not clear..
There are a lot of problems with this machine
1- LOTS AND LOTS OF NOISE....
2- THEY ARE SHOWING IN FULL OPEN AREA...FOR NORMAL' HOME WITH FURNITURES...

Please do not waste your time in buying this machine it's stopped working after 2 months did not want to replace the machine want to replace parts and I don't want to give guarantee for the parts customer service is very bad for your car Forbes I think they are only concentrating on water purifiers this put your money in other companies working cleaner
This one is a very good product for Indian climate it gives Good results .i am using this product from one week n gives absolutely deep cleaning n in reality noise is bare able am using eureka forbes product from last 25 years and it was working very fine . I agree with companies has a poor customer care policy they have to make improvements in their policies it should be repaired easily any product n parts should be easily available online or in some stores . I have one robotic cleaner but mopping function is not good in any robot . Robot is only for Stepheny It does not gives deep cleaning n it has battery problem also u have to replace battery after some time it increased expenses . I love this product but company has to make changes their policies
