This product works well for few months after that we have to keep on calling customer service for spare parts. All spares get damaged in few months usage.

No marks on tiles. It cleans dirt same as as mopping.

I bought one the last week of November 2020 and stuck working just before republic day January 21 since then I am trying to get service from my vacuum cleaner I live in Bangalore the heart of the city but it comes as a real big shock Eureka Forbes has very bad customer service these days it's been 3 months and my vacuum cleaner isn't working

1-Makes loud noise 2- Asit is one hand operation not suitable for seniors. 3- service is not efficient . During selling lot of promises of fast response etc. But after selling if there is any problem they do not provide service.4- After use the cleaning of equipment takes more time. If after wet mop used & cleaning not done it produces larger noise.& gives bad smell. Over all not satisfied.

Please do not buy. This is not worth the price. It gets repaired in a month and no one will come for service. Also if u book combo the second vacuum is not delivered. Makes huge noise after 10 minutes

Life of the motor and parts are very very short. Keep money for frequent repair.
I have worked in EF company, I would suggest you to buy mop and vac machines separately

Everything is good except if its cordless
Not worth buying this product.
, Initially works fine with a loud noise
After few months, it starts giving issues as its design and material quality is not good
It is not original design of them copied from international brands
Washer in bottle knob fails in few months and starts leaking
Filter needs replacement within a year., Else performance is affected
Coming to service, EF doesn't have enough staff trained on this product as its not their own design.
Calls not attended for days to month
They take the unit to service center and do not respond for month or so..
Overall by buying this you are buying a big headache.
This is all my personal experience

Product will become more complicated after 2,3 uses .water starts coming outside with all sorts, suction power gets lower.we have to remove it and clean it frequently.waste of time for high priced product.sale exicutive are pathetic,they will try to sell the product pressuring customer for good score from company.very bad business tactics from Eureka Forbes

Thanks for your advice. I have dropped the idea of going in for such a costly product. This product will become albatross around our neck. Before purchasing, one should see the reviews and take descion. All should put their bad experiences in the review to caution others from buying.
