Don't even buy this product in India. Once it needs repair, you are gone. Eureka Forbes has pathetic service and they don't have parts.

Even by mistake, do not buy. You won't get the spare consummables. Roller brush and filter goes bad in 3-4 months. And that's it. You won't get it. Pathetic company.

This is worst product from Eureka Forbes. In few months roller got damaged and the spares are expensive and we couldn't get spares on time. Sales executives say that there is warranty and guarantee to that product. Once they sold the product then they will not listen customer's complaint.

This is a cheap Chinese knockoff of Bissell Crosswave. Do not buy. Eureka Forbes is a shady company. If you want the real thing, go for Bissell Crosswave. It will last for decades. I have a Hoover Floormate, 11 years old and still going strong.

Good review of a not so good product. We purchased it 20 days back and it has stopped working within 15 days. Service request no 2017723008 was lodged on 30 Aug which was unilaterally closed by Eureka Forbes without attending. Now lodged another complaint and will wait for response. Cleaning and mopping is excellent but it is heavy and noisy. Service backup is very disappointing.

Horrible experience; Initially the machine delivery was delayed; The machine was running okay for a while and then the suction stopped working; we complained on August 1, 2020, the service engineer visited and diagnosed the problem with the sensor; promised to replace within a couple of days and now it's more than 25 days. Escalated the complaint on all the email id mentioned in the website; no resolution till date. The salesperson who was in all praise for the equipment; is not answering calls and not responding to messages. Friends, Purchase at your own risk.

DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY PRODUCTS FROM EUREKA FORBES. THEY ARE CHEATERS!! Ordered Mop & Vac on 10th June with delivery date as 17th June but the status still shows as order received. The salesman bearing ID 9012538 is almost non responsive and has changed his attitude since I purchased the product. He was so forceful before I bought the product. My customer ID is 8001233863. I have called customer care who have lied to me saying it will be dispatched on the 17th. Eureka Forbes are pure crooks.

They have partnered with Bissell. This is just a rebranded Bissell Crosswave . You can check those reviews as well. Only con is that it leaves edges given roller isn't edge to edge. The cleaning mechanism is very hygenic given it only uses clean water. Love it!
