I love the handcrafted improvised weapons in this game it really sells the wasteland apocalypse vibe especially with how you can identify some of the parts used and cobbled together for the scrap weapons.

I'd love to see the day when custom animation support for weapons is added for 7 Days to Die, would really take these weapon mods to a new level. As it stands it's pretty limited with what they can do regarding animations, I don't think I've ever seen custom animations before. Tactical Action might have some semblance of them - but even that is super extremely limited in how it functions.
Yeah, but I don't think TFP have any plans to make it easy for mod makers to add custom animations. It's up to us to figure out how to override them, I do hope that eventually I will be able to do that, because I have plans for lot more weapons, but I need the custom animation support first :(

all the animations for the vanilla 7dtd weapons are fine, its the fact that WaywardEko, which i think is the name of the guy who made Undead Legacy, did not add or create proper reload animations for some of these guns lol. still a great overhaul mod btw
Unfortunately it's not possible to add custom animations, at least as far as I've seen. Not a single animation mod anywhere

It's all pretty bad, but for some reason the worst for me is AK platform rifles ejecting their mags straight downwards, just dropping out. Brandon Herrera is punching the air somewhere from this.

I hope some day someone makes a crossbow in a game that is loaded somewhat correctly instead of holding it in the air with one hand and using the bolt to pull the string back… that’s literally impossible unless you’re bow is extremely weak you can cock a crossbow with you’re hands yes but it needs to be on the ground with you’re foot in the stirrup which in most games the stirrup being on the bow but the character cocks it with 2 fingers😂 like why keep the stirrup if there not gonna use it like shit if I could cock mine with 2 fingers that stirrup woulda been taken off my crossbow a LONG! ass time ago😂😂😂 one day developers will get it correct

Jesus, ik mods are great but this one. Its decent at best with the animation on some, but literally why reuse animations? The AUG with the MP5 animation and even the UZI is fucked, This mod really REALLY needs an update. 4/10 (Edit: i understood this game does not have custom animation support, but why bother not adding one?)
