I love the colors! The dark wood, and black kitchen faucet add a touch of elegance. The lighter color wood some builders use...I don't care for. I love that you can stand up in the master bedroom! I never thought I could do the 8' wide, but this might be the exception. Smart use of space!!
Now for the dislikes. Girls need closets. Big closets. No way are we fitting our wardrobe in that coat closet sized space. Also, I wish the city water and sewer lines were hidden underneath the house. Seems like that water line is going to freeze in the winter.
Questions: Is that a gas or an electric fireplace?
Love everything except I need a dishwasher and a stainless steel kitchen sink
Completely loved it, color, design, nicely done. I'd change the living room but otherwise it was almost perfect for me.
I absolutely love this little home!
Does this house have the AIR EXCHARGER which is designed to filter out old indoor air and pull in fresh outside air. This is a must for tiny houses to prevent moisture buildup and the preventing of mold over time. Must have a house that provides this extremely important feature.
This one was not optioned with the HRV air filtration system. It does have multiple in-wall vents to help moved the air, but not everyone wants the system installed in their builds. But I do agree, it is a must have! 🙂
The layout is great. Everything looks clean and spacious. I could live well in a house like this.

My favorite part is the master bedroom and how stylish it is. Least favorite,...I'd like the shelving in the invisible space if the shower room. Nicely designed.

This house is PERFECT. it would work great for a senior.
Very nice, a few minor changes like 8.75' or wider, replace with convection oven (smaller) and a half dishwasher drawer, flush wall fireplace or remove and add large window, flip loft design to offer more head room in the larger loft as 2nd loft had more height - also, perhaps foldable stairs as well that lay against wall and out of way, add a skylight in smaller loft for additional light -- however, no major changes -- really functional.
It's like a 5th wheel with no bump outs.

I would also NEED my FULL size fridge! I'll live with a smaller oven, but having lived in an apartment for a while, having to shop weekly for food is REALLY annoying! I stated in the short reels, I'd also make the lower bedroom into a combined organized closet and dry butler's pantry for more storage!

Its beautiful, but i could not.
It's reasonably priced and has a nice design, except there's no place by either door to hang coats or put shoes. This is a flaw that most tiny homes have. All they would need is some coat hooks and a shoe rack.

@lemurianchick That's true, on average. But there sure are some expensive tiny home builders. I saw a 16-foot Michcraft home, and the list price was $150,000 USD. Another expensive tiny home builder is Truform Tiny. Their houses are beautiful, though.
Just for understanding, is this planned to be towed around various locations at regular intervals or rather move and stay for an extended period of time? How practically can it be moved, eg loose furnishings?
These can be moved fairly easily because they are build on a trailer deck and can be pulled by a truck, however they are typically parked in a permanent location or extended periods of time to be lived in 🙂

Not much storage for a three bedroom home. You showed none in the bedrooms. Plus no dishwasher. Guess I would need a little bit bigger tiny home.
It is a very nice home, I like a flushable toilet. How about making one with a walk in tub. It comes with a shower nozzle

I love all the features in these homes you demonstrate, Drew! But when will the raise the roof in the loft areas? That is so confining! And if you might like to use the space for an ART STUDIO, perhaps, or some other inventive use; It could be so!

It's Too big NOT a tiny home. True tiny homes are less than 250sqft. The International residential group may define this as a tiny home. They're misusing the tiny home word misleading the tiny home concept so that they and builders can sell larger pricier homes taking advantage of the tiny home popularity.

I think for myself, it would have to have a dishwasher either drawer or small full-size dishwasher. And for a total of four people in the house it would have to have more like a walk in storage closet. And I love to cook so and do my kids and grandkids.
