Emily moved back to NC from NYC to embrace a more outdoor-focused lifestyle in a custom tiny home. Though her old 1-bedroom apt was a little bigger, it wasn't as functional as her THOW! I have always lived in 3 and 4 bedroom houses. My husband and I were supposed to go travel when I retired. He passed away in 2013 and I retired in 2016. Well I ended up losing my house. I could not rent anywhere due to I have 2 dogs and a cat and my mom who came and lived with me passed away in 2018. I was willed her little dog and cat. All the animals are in age range of 8 and 10 years old. So I bought myself a 39 foot 5th wheel for 4 slide outs and I absolutely love it. I haven’t learned to drive with a 5 th wheel yet but I do have a truck but not big enough tow it. Right now I have it stationary on my aunts property so it is working out for me and my crew. I don’t think I could ever live in a big house any longer. It takes me 15 to 30 minutes to clean daily. Everything has its place and I am so much more organized,
That's a lot to deal with, some stuff to go through. It sounds like you are a happy person. I hope I am right. I downsized from 2220 sq ft to 1116 sq ft in 2017. I wouldn't go back. My old, big dog and I were good in our small space. Now she is gone and I have a little, boy dog. We are happy to share our space.
you sound just like me - my husband passed away also - sorry for your loss - I have no animals but definitely moving back to the mid west from Arizona and going to look into something like this - small is better at 63
They did not detail it, but the drawer dishwasher is made by Fisher and Paykel. The same company also makes drawers that can switch from being a freezer to a cooler - your option. Have seen a number of Tiny Homes with the washer drawer but none (yet) with the refrigerator/freezer drawer.
The dishwasher drawer is really expensive - and I don't think there are cheaper options. But you could also opt for a smaller 40cm narrow dishwasher - that's still fine for 2 people. Space wise it shouldn't make a huge difference also.
I've seen 45 cm dishwashers in Europe that take 9 couverts. So everything nine people use at dinner: various glasses, various silverware, various plates and bowls. Nine of each!
I loved how Emily talked about both her upgrades from the base model and what she’d change knowing now what she didn’t know when building. That’s super helpful for anyone forming realistic budget expectations before building. Great video!
I'd always recommend the freezer at the bottom. Usually those have drawers - and are not as frequently used so it's fine below. Having everything in the fridge in eyesight and able grab makes a huge difference. Don't know if there's a model in that size with an ice maker - I suspect not. (Europeans don't go crazy for 🧊🧊🤗)
I love the office area bc it in other homes, it seems so cramped when there's a dual-purpose desk/table that's in the middle of the home. She likely spends more time there, hence the sleeping occurs in the loft. Very clever!
I live in NC and have wanted a tiny house for a few years. I'm glad she mentioned about the red tape she had to go through and challenges of finding a tiny living community and how to live in a tiny legally.
She's a great speaker and story teller - lots of good insights and thoughts. Love that she was candid about her decisions (good, and learned from) and her story of how she used her NY and backpacking experience to know that tiny would be right for her. #yaytiny
I would have preferred Emily not to use or say the amount of "umms" or "uhs' that she did - that many people employ. Other than that, I liked how she explained everything the way she did.
Very nice job, this is one of the nicest tiny homes I've seen. I really like the layout, the stairs are easy and accessible, her loft bedroom looked so cozy and user friendly, very nice bathroom and kitchen, and her office is just right for her. I love the wood and white color scheme and her art walls. Super lovely all around, and her fur baby makes her home, and he's her heart that's easy to see. I'm in NC also, and it is a beautiful place to call home.
Seems perfect for a single person. I think I'd feel more secure than in a bigger echoing house with several bedrooms. I'd probably look for my own lot if wanting to stay in one spot. Hard to find smaller homes these days. LOVE your tub. I think this is the most practical tiny home I've ever seen not only for working remotely but just for personal office items it's brilliant.
I love y'all's interviewing style---just wish you would get homeowners to discuss how they heat and cool their tiny and what the climate extremes are where they live. The pretty stuff and pretty shots are cool but solid info is good too. I appreciated her telling us what she would do differently. And her office is the BEST I've ever seen! I have been watching Tiny House videos for 10 years...this is in my top 5 favorite. It's just beautiful!❤️
Thank you for the kind feedback! We do try to put in practical info but don’t always get everything. Check out this recent tour of tiny house that experiences super hot CA summers; they share how they cool it: ua-cam.com/video/owxBBztQJIE/v-deo.html 😅
Personal peaceful oasis. One of very few tiny homes, I have seen which are ideal to grow with the owner. Life presents opportunities when we develop ourselves. This young woman recognizes her opportunities! Lovely!
Love, love, love this one! So functional and tweaked perfectly to suit the owner. I love the study area and the extra clothes storage. The kitchen is fabulous, as are all of the timber details. As for that doggie!!!! Oh my!!!!
Such an amazing home with a unique floor plan and beautiful wood and colors throughout. What a beautiful soul she is and an adorably loving puppers !!! The art is one of the most stunning features that I love. Thanks for featuring this home. Love your channel !!! 🔆
2:25 Puppy dog digging under the gooseneck💜. Thank you for sharing your process and thoughts. I am looking for property and a THOW. It is a process! Waaay to many similarities... I Love dogs (I have 7). I Love ice. You have "my" tub. Art work is important to you. You want the same fridge that I want. Love your goose neck office. Again, thank you for sharing!!
I love the idea of a tiny house, because you can build what you want, but they've become so expensive and then there is Rent on top of it! Unless you own land you can legally live on Rent Free it feel MORE expensive to go tiny than a typical home. The Rent aspect is killing me. Her home after 10 years of Rent at $600/month is ~200k. For that much money you could own a Home AND Land that'll increase in value. After 10 years she'd still be paying rent. With few exceptions you can't buy land to legally live just in a tiny house. So it seems cheaper/better to buy a home, build a tiny, live in your tiny and rent / AirBnB the home.
Yes, none of this seems to make sense financially. Also, why build a tiny house in North Carolina? I am not familiar with the area she is in, but wouldn’t in make more sense to start out small on the property ladder, accrue equity and then move on? Tiny Houses do not appreciate in value. Spending so much money on the home, then $600 per months just makes no sense whatsoever.
I think the lot rent which includes utilities, except electricity, is the average. Having said that, the expenses that come from owning a typical stick built home can get very high. You will be paying for all of your utilities, homeowners insurance, property taxes (which are extremely high in certain areas) and HOA fees (which can also get pretty high) plus you will need to do all the maintenance yourself or hire others to do it. When buying or building a house, you'll need to take into consideration all of these expenses because they are monthly expenses that aren't negotiable. Of course, unless you pay cash for your home, you'll have a mortgage payment too. There are so many benefits to being in a brand new small/tiny house and just lease the land. Financially, I can see how you'd think it doesn't make sense. I used to feel exactly the same way, but after owning several homes and looking at my annual expenses, it really is very expensive. Since the homes I've owned have all been new or newer, I wasn't saddled with many of the unexpected expenses that come along with buying an older home. These are all things to consider when looking into how you want to live and spend your money. And, there's the location. It's not possible to purchase a home in an area that you'd love to be near unless you have a lot of money. If you can find land or a tiny house community to live in that's near a city you love, it's definitely worth considering. I'm now retired, kids are grown and I'm looking for the right builder and permanent lot situation. It's something I've given a lot of thought and believe this is the best answer for me. Having said all that, I really do understand how you feel.
She seems very happy in her beautiful Tiny Home! I am sure she is aware of how much she spends on rent and what a wonderful location! How much rent does your Mom charge you?
I really appreciate all of the pertinent details being included in this particular video: price, size, parking/price, things she would change and just how it's working out for her. I do wonder why she chose a builder in CAN which in turn brought about more cost to bring it to NC vs finding a builder closer to home.
I am guessing more bang for the buck, the US dollar buys much more than the Canadian dollar. Probably even with the delivery charge she came out ahead!
Your commissioned art piece looks like Lawn Lake in the Mummy Range at RMNP! Wonderful memory and I just love your Home! Here’s to more tiny home communities.
I love Emily's personality and her dog - so cute!! When she said she formerly lived in NYC, I knew that she could handle living in a small space, as NYC apartments are not large unless you have A LOT of $$$$ to spend!! And of course, buying her tiny house costs way less than NYC rent for all intents and purposes. And like you Emily, I'd want a bathtub in any place I live. Also, you may be able to have a wall mountable/handheld shower head with extension arm added into your existing plumbing via wall pipe. Love your color scheme, style, artwork and personal touches. And your dog is 2 cute!
Emily is an excellent advertisement for a new generation of professionals. Instead of going for the bling bling large house as projected by Hollywood, she has opted for a small and comfortable tiny house. Her design choices and her clear love of nature shines through. I would like to see many more of these tiny homes on reclaimed urban space. There must be millions of sq metres of land that is waste, and it needs to be greened. It would be great to develop more and more communities that live tiny in large green spaces that have been resurrected from waste. I studied law, and I wished I stayed with it - if only to have a lovely dog and tiny house like Emily has. Well done Emily!
You don't need a law degree to have a tiny home. If you're really interested, start planning & go for it. You can always start with a more affordable build. This tiny home is one of the largest sizes made. I'm a retired nursing manager who has an absurd 1800 square foot home for myself & 2 dogs. We literally use significantly less than a third of this home. I'm hoping to make the leap to tiny home living next year & build a home & move from the NJ shore to the PNW. Tiny homes are energy efficient; especially with solar panels, on demand water heaters added, they're environmentally responsible, require much less cleaning & can be the perfect choice for any age group. I have a fixed income & with my current home just make ends meet. Despite having no mortgage, between the high taxes & outrageous utility bills for water & electric, HOA fees, I'm spending $1,200 /monthly. That's a lot of money for a bunch of empty useless space-and it's more than some mortgages! Although most tiny homes aren't meant to move constantly, having the choice & ability to move if necessary is fantastic.
Love this tiny home. You've done a lovely job with it. You could always exchange the fixed rain shower head to a handheld unit and install a clamp onto either end of the bath area for the shower head to hook on to.
WOW! Beautiful home. Very tastefully built and decorated. I really love how you don't have a lot of stuff and clutter everywhere, also the idea of the gallery wall and the way it looks is amazing. Great bathtub!!
I really appreciate that you said what the rent was on the spot. It seems reasonable because I am assuming rent in the area has to be at least double that.
That's a very good size starter home for anyone - I do hope this trend takes off & councils realize this is a good thing, especially for young people starting out on life's journey & for retirees looking to down size.
Wow enjoyed that video very much she was pretty good at explaining everything it was the biggest tiny house I've seen in a while I'm glad she's enjoying it great place to have a tiny house North Carolina
Hi Alexis and Christian! Miss you guys. I love the stories you’ve been telling through your videos lately. It captures the spirit of the movement and is so much more than “here’s a pretty house”. You guys rock!
Such a comfortable tiny home. I love the french doors, and the kitchen I could only hope for. Its great that she was able to put a small office in her tiny home.
Wow...Christian and Alexis Great find. Emily's house is a great design. I had to rewatch it 2 times to understand she has 2 lofts and an office. Love it!! Thanks again for your Legal info and parking spot price. ❤️💚💛🧡💜💙♥️
Wonderful.. thanks for sharing and I love the fact that she hiked the Appalachian trail. That's a goal of mine, also. I love the outdoors, too. Thanks again & God bless.
Just wanted to say thank you for a joy bomb of a tour with this lovely woman and her dog! Her upbeat personality is infectious! : - ) I crave a gooseneck for the tree-high views and added privacy, but I'd "settle" for a more knee-friendly single-level with that sassy orange couch, gorgeous wood countertop, separate washer & dryer, and drawer dish drawer! ; - ) Nice to see a tiny with all the amenities, plus some great perks (that bath! ; - ).
This is a really cute house. From the color of the sofa, to the wood kitchen counter tops, the pivoting TV, farm sink, dish washer drawer, cool tub, storage stairs, windows, washable rug, closets, loft, office space...one can sleep in the living room, in the bedroom/loft, in the office...eventually in the outdoor deck area w/ bar-b-que, plants, furniture, maybe an outdoor enclosed shower? Plus, it can be moved anywhere or turned into an Air BNB ~nicely done.
Agreed. I've always thought that these various places that rent out spots for campers just get to be unbelievably insane for their prices whether it's per night or per week or per month or 6 months or a year or whatever. The thing is, you're renting out just a space to park your living area in and you're not even getting the living area along with the space because you have to provide it. I understand that these places deserve to get something in exchange for being able to park your living place on their space so that is fine but it ahould half or less at around $200 or $300 a month. That would be more reasonable even though personally I think $100 to $150 is fair but I'm a really bad cheap person so even I am trying to be considerate and understand that it has to be more than what I want. However, $600 and like you said, she still has to pay for the power? That's just completely insane. All that it includes is the sewer so the water or plumbing? In my opinion, at that rate, you should probably possibly be looking at that price for getting the living space as well or at the very least, that should include electric at the very least. Just insane. I also don't understand why campers and RVs and these tiny homes have just gotten so insanely priced as well. Maybe $60,000 or $70,000 but $120,000 or $150,000 or $200,000 or more? You're paying as much if not more for a house at that point so why not just get a house built on a foundation?
High demand, high price. To my knowledge there is nothing that hasn't gone up in price. There will be many financial problems for many in many countries with (potentially) devastating consequences. I think that this ties in directly with the evil plans Klaus Schwab's WEF has for the world, because, honestly, I cannot see why else everything got so extremely expensive all at once. (We will own nothing but he gets to keep all of his things? Can you tell Kissinger was his sort-of mentor?) But for now, the nice lady lawyer has quite a beautiful home!
Great space and even greater dog! A possible remedy for your bowing table could be to invest in a rising-extending coffee table that can be set at sitting/eating from sofa/desk from sofa to regular table height and also folds out to accomodate 4-6 people. New ones range in price from £100-£800ish depending on where you buy from...i.e, Amazon, Dwell etc I recently bought a second-hand solid wood one in excellent condition on fb market place for £40 (originally £600) and it's been a god-send in my teeny house 😁
You could strengthen it with those metal bars that are used to keep the sides of some IKEA beds from bowing outward. They're sold separately but I just don't remember the name. You affix them like an x. (I noticed some IKEA items in the home.)
Wow that’s awesome it’s what you want and that’s spectacular. Plus a dog who is your best friend and you definitely can tell . And your a nature person hiking 🥾..,biking your definitely a outdoor lady and so much beauty to see . I have a bunch of awesome paintings as well. And again a special person who knows life is more important with Nature. Happy Hiking and Love your Timy.
Great design & use of space. Love the full size washer/dryer much better than the combo ones. The bathroom is luxurious- I can't go without a tub! The dedicated office/closet space is great. I don't need an office but would make this into a reading nook. Your gallery space is wonderful! I can't imagine not having a space for my artwork & photos. Overall you have a really beautiful tiny home in a gorgeous setting.
Beautiful tiny home. Not the type I'm looking for but beautiful designated spaces. The office is a great space, could double as a guest room if needed. The host is so open and personable. Loved that she gave extra information like what she did to it, what she would change.
I feel like I have a lot of the same concerns. Tiny houses too small, small houses too big (or not movable). This is a nice space, well designed. I've also been looking at milder climates, I think? NC is pretty mild? (I live near Boston so..). Thanks for sharing, super interesting and helpful.
This is cute. I like it. It is far more better than to live in a shack. I live in South Africa and people here build ugly shacks with corrugated metal close to each other. And we see fires everyday. These shacks catch fire and the whole area get burned and left with nothing Sometimes people got killed by these fires. There's lot of land in South Africa, if people can learn to think out of the box like these ideas we see them in these channels, people's lives can be saved.
Really very beautiful tiny home with well-thought-out design in storage but your home has a feel of a much larger home. I really love the beautiful words you have throughout the home as well as all of your large windows. Such a gorgeous views! You have exquisite artwork.1 I must say❣️❣️ I especially loved the idea of having artwork made from a paragraph you took of a special place you travel to or seen or are you just loved. It turned out wonderfully!! There was a lot unique about your home that I don’t normally see and other tiny homes. I really like your overall design so much more than any other tiny home I seen. I do encourage you to get the U desire because it will overtime, create a lot of upper body pain for you that becomes a cute as you age and you don’t think about that now but I am older and things like that that I did when I was your age no bother me tremendously… And I could’ve prevented it instead of just “toughening it out”😊❣️❣️ Best of luck to you and thank you for sharing♥️🌈
One of the best tiny houses I have seen. I would have a sofa sleeper in place of the large sofa that she has, because they can be comfortable and used for any guest that didn’t want to climb the stairs because I would be sleeping in the back where her office is. I hate going up stairs and not having enough headspace. But this works for her lifestyle. Absolutely beautiful.

Would love to see your house with your crew. ☺️
I love that she said "we, our" home including her furbaby. Beautiful dog; love that tail. And their tiny home.
Several things I love!
1. Stairs instead of ladder.

I love the office. Finally a design that would provide a full stand up sewing room!!
Maybe this is the Tiny Home to finally get my hubby to concede that downsizing is the right move? Hmmm.
I did too, but I've seen other goosenecks' have larger bedrooms so I think she sacrificed that. Id prefer a larger bedroom.

Considering the length of that Tiny Home, it to me is a surprise in itself that, everything has its own usefulness and well thought out design.
Love this house. Many levels & not the 'alley' feel of some tiny homes & the colors & liked the finishes. Best wishes to Emily.

Maybe the law should change so that you can buy land and put your tiny house on it
@@stud6414 You can't buy land and put it on?
She seems very happy in her beautiful Tiny Home! I am sure she is aware of how much she spends on rent and what a wonderful location! How much rent does your Mom charge you?
Great layout and a story well told by Emily. I really love the gooseneck, and being able to have extra length and space. Beautiful design.
Emily, you have a grand house. It's so awesome. I love the design and creativeness you put into it.
I love the length of this tiny home! It's got lots of spaces, storage, and you may work aside from noise if guests are around!!
I love this house with its seperate office and bath tub.
I really appreciate all of the pertinent details being included in this particular video: price, size, parking/price, things she would change and just how it's working out for her. I do wonder why she chose a builder in CAN which in turn brought about more cost to bring it to NC vs finding a builder closer to home.
I also wondered. I wanted more on the build and less on what she bought on Amazon.
I am guessing more bang for the buck, the US dollar buys much more than the Canadian dollar. Probably even with the delivery charge she came out ahead!
Company’s home styles, materials used, costs, timeline, reputation, etc may vary tremendously.
Your commissioned art piece looks like Lawn Lake in the Mummy Range at RMNP! Wonderful memory and I just love your Home! Here’s to more tiny home communities.
Love your roommate, all the space, and especially all the orange!
Love her home & her attitude. We need more folks like her. And Tipper is all company she needs.
Love the room above the gooseneck!
Really interesting video, and the owner told a great story with very helpful hints!
I love her home and her Furbaby is SO ADORABLE!!! 🐾♥🐾
The amenities and layout of this tiny house are amazing!
Hello Rachel
How are you doing today?
I love the office with closets and windows, art gallery, and the tub. Nice kitchen features, too.
I love this house. It actually looks like a very comfortable home. I love where she has her artwork too.
Hello Maddy
How are you doing today?
Love the separate office! Could work as a guest space also. Great build
Well what a beautiful home and I know she'll enjoy it for many years
The office space would make a great bedroom!
I really appreciate that you said what the rent was on the spot. It seems reasonable because I am assuming rent in the area has to be at least double that.
That is a very spacious tiny house
Having 2 lofts and office is much more than we see in other builds. Very nice design.
Wow ! This house is so cozy and pretty !!!
This is one of my favourites so far... Really nice design 😊
That's a very good size starter home for anyone - I do hope this trend takes off & councils realize this is a good thing, especially for young people starting out on life's journey & for retirees looking to down size.
I especially love her home office space!
Hello Michele
How are you doing today?
Wow enjoyed that video very much she was pretty good at explaining everything it was the biggest tiny house I've seen in a while I'm glad she's enjoying it great place to have a tiny house North Carolina
Hello Patricia
How are you doing today?
Hi Alexis and Christian! Miss you guys. I love the stories you’ve been telling through your videos lately. It captures the spirit of the movement and is so much more than “here’s a pretty house”. You guys rock!
Thank you so much! Cheers! ☺️✨
Such a comfortable tiny home. I love the french doors, and the kitchen I could only hope for. Its great that she was able to put a small office in her tiny home.
What a great design. Loved the bathroom and the office. Great space.
Great tiny home! Great story! Great economic choice! Makes me want to get one of my own. Cant wait to see the finished site and new deck!
Love that she has an office
Very nice. It's perfect for a single person and she has everything she needs. It was also nice that it wasn't cluttered with stuff.
Wow...Christian and Alexis Great find. Emily's house is a great design. I had to rewatch it 2 times to understand she has 2 lofts and an office. Love it!! Thanks again for your Legal info and parking spot price. ❤️💚💛🧡💜💙♥️
Happy to share the good! ☺️❤️
Her home is gorgeous 😍
Thanks for the great tips and insight Emily. Your home is very tasteful and love the wall art!!!
This is an amazing home. The work space is so wonderful and neat.
Wonderful.. thanks for sharing and I love the fact that she hiked the Appalachian trail. That's a goal of mine, also. I love the outdoors, too. Thanks again & God bless.
Great home looks like it will give you years of happy use. Thanks for sharing your story 😊
Hello Lisa
How are you doing today?
Just wanted to say thank you for a joy bomb of a tour with this lovely woman and her dog! Her upbeat personality is infectious! : - ) I crave a gooseneck for the tree-high views and added privacy, but I'd "settle" for a more knee-friendly single-level with that sassy orange couch, gorgeous wood countertop, separate washer & dryer, and drawer dish drawer! ; - ) Nice to see a tiny with all the amenities, plus some great perks (that bath! ; - ).
Love the design if this little house!👍🤗
This is a really cute house. From the color of the sofa, to the wood kitchen counter tops, the pivoting TV, farm sink, dish washer drawer, cool tub, storage stairs, windows, washable rug, closets, loft, office space...one can sleep in the living room, in the bedroom/loft, in the office...eventually in the outdoor deck area w/ bar-b-que, plants, furniture, maybe an outdoor enclosed shower?
Plus, it can be moved anywhere or turned into an Air BNB ~nicely done.
Don't get me wrong, it's a lovely place...but $120K plus $600 a month in lot rent plus utilities is outrageous.
Can you tell Kissinger was his sort-of mentor?)
But for now, the nice lady lawyer has quite a beautiful home!
Emily is an Attorney. She WANTS to Live Tiny and Elegant, NOT POOR. LUV EMILY, Her Baby, and Lovely HOME.
Great space and even greater dog!
A possible remedy for your bowing table could be to invest in a rising-extending coffee table that can be set at sitting/eating from sofa/desk from sofa to regular table height and also folds out to accomodate 4-6 people.
New ones range in price from £100-£800ish depending on where you buy from...i.e, Amazon, Dwell etc
I recently bought a second-hand solid wood one in excellent condition on fb market place for £40 (originally £600) and it's been a god-send in my teeny house 😁
She's created such a warm home - absolutely love it!
Lovely home. Love the office space. Great idea.
Hello Sandra
How are you doing today?
For an extra burner, try an induction cook top. Love it, especially when the fan is going.
I've had induction and now ceramic. They're both fast and good to my wallet.
You had some great ideas for your tiny home ty for sharing... NC is my home state as well cant wait to get back
Beautiful tiny home. Not the type I'm looking for but beautiful designated spaces. The office is a great space, could double as a guest room if needed.
The host is so open and personable. Loved that she gave extra information like what she did to it, what she would change.
Hello Susan
How are you doing today?
OMG that dog is the cutest....oh and the TH is too.
Beautiful home. Very light & bright & roomy. 💖☺️
Love it!! Hoping I will be able to visit Cranmore Meadows soon!!
Looks like beautiful property, and the owners are super people too! ☺️✨
Congratulations such a nice place. I love the colors you chose. Orange is my favorite. The wood is beautiful
Hello dear
How are you doing today?
I love the design of this tiny
Super! Thanks for sharing - really inspiring.
This is what I'd like to model my house on, when I get there!
The dog is hilarious.
I feel like I have a lot of the same concerns. Tiny houses too small, small houses too big (or not movable). This is a nice space, well designed. I've also been looking at milder climates, I think? NC is pretty mild? (I live near Boston so..). Thanks for sharing, super interesting and helpful.
It's a lovely home - thanks for the share :)
You can add a couple stiffeners, like metal yard stick under the table to stop the bowing. Great tiny house plan.
Yup!
Love your art gallery
You are an inspiration to me and I love your tiny house. I’m hoping that I can someday have one built for myself
Very well set up with fun plans.
Love your home, you sound happy. You have nice decor, and it doesn't look cluttered. Best wishes to you and puppy🎉😅❤
Love your office and bathroom...your kitchen is amazing....love it..your dog is gorgeous 😍
That's a 3 bedroom house. Love it.
I really like your Bath area!!!!
So glad you love living in your tiny home 😊
Really nice, both the house and the lady.
I believe it's an IKEA sofa. We had one. (Different covers.) Trust me, they are plenty comfy.
