Yes! I'm from the UK and work in retail that sells Prime and I say to parents whose kids bug them to buy one that if it was Prime by Asda/M&S/Tesco etc they wouldn't be acting like this.

I would hope if the lawyer was just reporting on the lawsuit that any case Logan tried to bring against him would be tossed out right away.
The reason reverse osmosis and the other tools used to treat the problem doesn't make sense is because those are for treating liquid. If the issue is coming from the bottle, it wouldn't rectify the issue.

We have PFAs in our town water. The towns all around have been finding them also. We have a chemical company (mostly closed now) in town, that made Teflon. PFAs are everywhere. It's impossible to completely avoid.

PRIME hydration is actually a bad hydration drink. it will take, roughly, 5 PRIME drinks to hydrate you to the same level one Gatorade would.
Just the ingredients alone should be enough to ban the drink. Selling drinks with absurdly high levels of preservatives, sugars and industrial sweetners that have been linked to leukemia and organ damage to kids is a human rights violation in an of its self. Did you know that most if not all energy drinks are banned from Europe sighting toxic ingredients.

The lawyer actually replied to Logan's video and you can see in his video parts of the lawsuit. Logan talks about how clean and filtered is the water that they use ect. However, the problem here it's not the liquid, it's the bottle. Anyway, you should go check the lawyer reply for more info about this.

I knew that Prime had awful chemicals when it was released. So I have refused to buy it for my kids ever since it was released.
They overload on potassium and don’t have sodium. People have pointed out to him before the electrolytes need to be balanced, and that kids have gotten potassium poisoning from drinking his product, and he’s called those people names.

Prime is the worst sports drink. It lacks all the necessary salts and is filled with useless chemicals. People if you buy sport drinks - buy gatorade, powerade, oshee etc. Anything else but not that shit.

This lawsuit isn’t about whether Prime is bad or not. It seems it’s a claim of slander, which may or may not be true.
I found no reference to the "types of water filtering" he listed on the manufacturers website (Refresco). He also showed pictures of filter systems not set up. Looked like stock photos from a sales site and not from the bottling / production facility. He might be right, but how hard would it have been for him to reach out to the manufacturer and ask for some pictures of the water purification equipment before doing his tiktok or even a tour of the facility with him pointing at the water filtration equipment. Probably should use the tables from the usda not the epa as well. At some point in time, it will be tested and the results will be posted. since that stuff is in pretty much everything now if the manufacturer is filtering it, it will be fine.

I tried Prime a few times. It was $5 for 16 ounces. That is a lot.
I think it have more sugar in it then it says. It supposedly have less sugar then Gatorade. But it taste a lot sweeter then Gatorade.
Prime has artificial sugar like sucralose, and regular Gatorade has regular sugar.
Artificial has a more of a sickenly sweet taste than actual sugar.
I do a lot of endurance exercise and would choose real sugar for a sports drink. Sugar is super useful in giving quick energy and its easy for your body to process. Artifical sugar just causes digestion issues and makes your drink so intensely sweet that it gives me headaches.
In my drinks I look for bcaas, electrolytes, and sugar during physical activity.
It was because that lawyer was providing quite a few lies in his videos, and after 3 or 4 called Logan out to respond. It wasn’t even really him reporting as it was him attacking Prime/Logan. And they were some pretty big lies.

Regarding the labeling issue... tap water doesn't label itself as having PFAS in it and his drink has (he asserts) less PFAS in it than tap water. That's pretty ridiculous and should be laughed out of court or the state water utility should be sued for not labeling every tap in the state.
